This is Mulumba’s second appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series. In October 2025, Mulumba fought Marwan Rahiki on Season 9, Week 10 of the show but suffered a second-round knockout loss. But after that, Mulumba scored a first-round knockout over Ahmed Faress to get back on track in March at UA Warriors 68.
His opponent, Pagliarulo, hails from Massachusetts, where he first trained at New England Cartel. Multiple UFC fighters have come from New England Cartel, including Calvin Kattar, Kris Mountinho and Mitch Raposo. But now, Pagliarulo spends a lot of time in Colorado with Cory Sandhagen at his new gym, Tiger Beetle Martial Arts.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Pagliarulo is a +124 underdog with Mulumba being the favorite at -148. Pagliarulo has the physical advantages, as he has a six-inch edge in height (6’0″ vs. 5’6″) and standing reach (74″ vs. 70″). Pagliarulo is currently on a four-fight winning streak, with all of them coming by first-round knockout. Mulumba has been striking more often, and Pagliarulo will need to keep this a striking matchup to find success. I favor Pagliarulo in this matchup as he is much bigger and has trained with many high-level veterans.
