UPDATE: Boston did not return for the remainder of tonight’s game after being listed as questionable to return.

The WNBA All-Star break is over, and all 15 teams are ready for the stretch run. Unfortunately, the Indiana Fever got off to a bad start. Their All-Star center Aliyah Boston went down with a knee injury during Tuesday’s game, and went to the locker room for treatment.

It’s unclear whether the injury occurred by hitting her knee on the floor or if something got twisted the wrong way after getting tangled with Seattle Storm rookie Flau’jae Johnson. Nothing has been announced yet regarding Boston’s status for the rest of the game. It is worth noting that Boston, who was named a starter in the All-Star Game, played limited minutes in the exhibition match. She’s been managing a right knee injury all season long, and that is unfortunately the knee she was grabbing for.

Before leaving the game, Boston recorded 11 points, two rebounds, one assist, and a steal in 11 minutes of action.

Stay tuned with DK Network for the latest updates on her status.
