Who won the Anthony Joshua vs. Kristian Prenga fight? Live updates from Danger Before Destiny

Anthony Joshua defeated Kristian Prenga by second-round knockout in the Main Event of today’s boxing card at the Jeddah Superdome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Prenga scored two knockdowns over Joshua in the first round before he bounced back in the second round.

On Friday, Tyson Fury defeated Mariusz Wach by seventh-round TKO. Now that Joshua and Fury both came out with victories this weekend, the massive showdown between the two former champions appears closer than ever. Joshua and Fury have already signed to fight later this year.  

Joshua’s record now stands at 30-4 with 27 knockouts. This is Joshua’s second consecutive victory since suffering his last loss, which came against Daniel Dubois. Joshua’s previous two wins came against Jake Paul and former UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou, making this his first victory over a traditional boxer since December 2023.
