Saturday’s UFC Fight Night features an important fight in the Light Heavyweight division between former champion Magomed Ankalaev and top-10 contender Bogdan Guskov. Former UFC Flyweight title challenger Steve Erceg takes on Ramazan Temirov in the co-main event of this card.

Magomed Ankalaev Over 37.5 Significant Strikes (-115)
Magomed Ankalaev is coming off a loss to Alex Pereira at UFC 320 in October 2025. Before that, Ankalaev was on a 14-fight unbeaten streak and looked unstoppable. His last win came at UFC 313 against Pereira in March 2025. After Khalil Rountree Jr. was unable to fight, Bogdan Guskov stepped up on short notice. Guskov had a draw against Jan Blachowicz in his last fight but scored four straight finishes before that.
Although Ankalaev only landed four significant strikes in his last fight, he recorded over 37.5 of them in his three fights before that. Ankalaev has finished with at least 38 significant strikes in eight of his previous 10 contests. Coming off a loss, Ankalaev seems focused and motivated to prove that he is still one of the best fighters at 205 pounds. He lands 3.65 significant strikes per minute at a 52 percent rate. With an elite 56 percent defense rate on the feet, Ankalaev should be able to slow down Guskov’s aggressive offensive attacks while landing at a high rate of his own. Steve Erceg Over 56.5 Significant Strikes (-115)
Steve Erceg is on a two-fight winning streak and is now facing Ramazan Temirov in a three-round contest. Temirov is coming off a victory against Charles Johnson and has won 11 consecutive contests. Erceg is four inches taller (5’8″ vs. 5’4″) with a five-inch reach advantage (68″ vs. 63″).
Erceg is coming off a performance where he totaled 136 significant strikes against Tim Elliott. Erceg has recorded over 56.5 significant strikes in three of his previous five contests.
