The WBO Lightweight Champion, Abdullah Mason, returns to his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, to defend his title against Albert Bell. Another elite rising boxing star, Bruce ‘Shu Shu’ Carrington, will make a title defense of his WBC Featherweight title against Rene Palacios. This event is the first of DAZN and TNT Sports’ new boxing series “The Fight”.

This card features three Mason brothers: Ibrahim and Abdurrahman join Abdullah at the event. Abdullah Mason beat Sam Noakes in November 2025 to win the Vacant WBO Lightweight title and will now make his first title defense. Mason, 22, is 20-0 with 17 knockouts and has become one of the top young stars in the sport. Bell stepped in on short notice after Joe Cordina was unable to receive a Visa for this fight. Like Mason, Bell is also undefeated and enters this fight 28-0 with nine knockouts. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Mason is a -500 favorite with Bell as a +380 underdog.
In the co-main event, Bruce ‘Shu Shu’ Carrington puts his WBC Featherweight title on the line against Rene Palacios. Both fighters in this fight have also never suffered a loss, as ‘Shu Shu’ is 17-0 while Palacios is 19-0-1. Carrington scored a ninth-round knockout against Carlos Castro at Madison Square Garden to win the title in January. Meanwhile, Palacios’ last win was a split decision victory in January against Sulaiman Segawa. Carrington is a massive -1400 favorite in this contest, as Palacios is the underdog at +700.
