Edwin De Los Santos Moneyline (-115)

Both fighters are two of the best Lightweights in the world, as Valenzuela is ranked No. 12 on BoxRec’s rankings while De Los Santos is No. 14 in the division. De Los Santos is coming off a victory against Eliot Chavez in December 2025 and is 4-1 in his previous five contests. Valenzuela beat Diego Torres Nunez by unanimous decision in his last fight in February at Zuffa Boxing 02. In March 2025, Valenzuela lost his last fight against Gary Antuanne Russell.

On paper, both fighters are evenly matched up as Valenzuela is slightly taller (5’9″ vs. 5’8″), while De Los Santos has the edge in standing reach (70″ vs. 69″). On DraftKings Sportsbook, De Los Santos is a slight favorite at -115 with Valenzuela being -110. The over/under is set at 8.5 rounds, with the over being -260 and the under being +185.

Although this is such a close fight with two elite Lightweights, I give the advantage to De Los Santos due to his supreme power. De Los Santos came out super aggressive in his previous fight, which led to an early knockout. When he sets a fast pace at the start of the contest, oftentimes his opponents can’t go toe to toe with him.
