The Philadelphia Phillies take on the Washington Nationals in a divisional rivalry set to begin in just a few minutes. Now, there’s yet another major shakeup on the lineup card.

Phillies slugger Kyle Schwarber has been scratched from the contest due to lower back tightness.

The designated hitter has been on fire this year, slashing .252/.365/.594, with that slugging mark the highest of his 12-year career. He has a .959 OPS that’s also a new career best by a slim margin. Schwarber has appeared in 75 games and has 72 hits, 51 runs, 52 RBI and 29 home runs in that span, pacing the MLB in dingers.

The Phillies are 42-36, good for second in the NL East prior to the start of tonight’s game against the Nationals.
