Two Featherweight prospects, Melsik Baghdasaryan and Murtazali Magomedov, will open up tonight’s UFC Fight Night Main Card. Magomedov has started his MMA career 10-0, with each one coming by knockout or submission. He earned a UFC contract on Dana White’s Contender Series in September 2025. His opponent, Baghdasaryan, is 3-2 in the UFC and is coming off a loss to Jean Silva in February 2025.
Check out my best bet for Melsik Baghdasaryan vs. Murtazali Magomedov at tonight’s UFC Fight Night.
Murtazali Magomedov to win by KO/TKO/DQ or Submission (-110)
Magomedov is from Kyrgyzstan and is a part of the KHK MMA team. Notable fighters from Kyrgyzstan in the UFC include Valentina Shevchenko and Myktybek Orolbai. Magomedov has an excellent combination of power on the feet and high-level ground skills. At only 26 years old, Magomedov appears to have an extremely bright future in the UFC.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Magomedov is a -345 favorite with Baghdasaryan as the +275 underdog. The over of 1.5 rounds is set at -175. This fight is -200 to not go the distance and +150 to last 15 minutes.
Because Magomedov is a big favorite, I’m taking him to score a win by knockout or submission at -110. He has won all 10 of his MMA fights by finish and should be able to take advantage of Baghdasaryan, who is a one-dimensional fighter. Baghdasaryan has lost two of his last three contests, with both coming by knockout or submission.
