Over two years after UFC 5 came out, EA Sports is set to release UFC 6! Since the first EA Sports UFC video game was released in 2014, a new one has been released every two to three years. In October 2023, UFC 5 debuted, featuring Valentina Shevchenko and Alexander Volkanovski on the cover.

When is UFC 6 coming out?
The Ultimate Edition of UFC 6 came out on June 12, but the Standard Edition releases on Friday, June 19.
Cover Athletes
UFC 6 features two different fighters, with Alex Pereira as the cover athlete for the Standard Edition, and Max Holloway on the Ultimate Edition. The last two Standard Editions of the UFC video game have featured two athletes on the cover. Pereira is the first fighter to be on the cover of the Standard Edition by himself since Conor McGregor was on UFC 3.
Game Modes
The UFC 6 video game features three different game modes: The Legacy, Career Mode, and Hall of Legends. The Legacy mode is a cinematic story mode in which you follow the journey of Chris Carter, a former collegiate wrestler, to the UFC. When The Legacy ends, Career Mode begins. The new Career Mode allows players to take a more hands-on approach and fight in the UFC earlier. Hall of Legends gives you the option to follow Max Holloway, Alex Pereira, and Zhang Weili’s careers and see the path they took to achieve greatness.
