The 2026 Belmont Stakes has arrived! This year’s edition of the Belmont Stakes is the 158th in history, as it began in 1867. This is the third consecutive year that the Belmont Stakes will take place at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, New York. Next year, the Belmont Stakes will return to Belmont Park after renovations are completed.
