After four successful seasons of The Bear, a new surprise episode titled “Gary” was released on Tuesday. The fourth season of The Bear ended in June 2025. The Bear has already been renewed for Season 5, but this episode was not previously expected to come before the next season.

How to watch The Bear’s new episode “Gary”?

You can watch the latest episode of The Bear, “Gary,” right now on Hulu, along with the previous four seasons of the show.

In the Hulu episode description, it states, “co-written by Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Jon Bernthal, Gary takes place a few years before the opening of The Bear and follows Richard “Richie” Jerimovich and Michael “Mikey” Berzatto on a work trip to Gary, Indiana.”

“Gary” is a prequel set before the first four seasons of The Bear. This is an intriguing storyline that provides more details about Mikey Berzatto’s involvement before he passed away. “Gary” is a 59-minute episode and currently appears to be a one-off, not part of a larger season.
