The PGA TOUR treated fans to a thrilling first major championship of 2026 last week, and now the top players in the world will head to Harbour Town Golf Links for a Signature Event with an elite field this week in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The no-cut event features an elevated purse and most of the biggest stars on the PGA TOUR. DraftKings has a wide variety of contests and formats for the RBC Heritage, and if you’re teeing it up with some conservative lineups designed for cash games, my three top fantasy golf cash plays to consider are Scottie Scheffler ($13,500), Maverick McNealy ($8,500) and Brian Harman ($7,000).

Pivot plays for tournament lineups are usually more aggressive, while fantasy golf cash game picks are safer with higher floors and lower risk. The picks in this post generally have higher ownership than my pivot plays, but they are good selections for contests where the uniqueness of your lineup is less important. Think of cash game picks as lying back and playing a par 5 as it was designed, taking three shots before reaching the green, searching for a solid birdie. Tournament picks are like going driver off the deck to try to reach the green in two — more reward if it works, but much more risk, as well.

Scottie Scheffler ($13,500)
Since he is such a heavy favorite this week, Scheffler is sure to be a popular play in every format, and since he has such a good chance at a high finish, leaving him out of your cash game lineups could start you at a serious disadvantage.
The No. 1 golfer in the world started 2026 with a victory at The American Express, and it looked like he was starting another dominant year with multiple wins. It hasn’t quite played out that way yet, though, since he hasn’t been able to claim another victory in his last six tournaments. That span feels like a very long drought for Scheffler, a testament to just how dominant a force he is.
While he hasn’t been winning, he has still been posting outstanding results. He has finished in the top 25 in each of his seven tournaments this year and came just one stroke short of forcing a playoff last week in Augusta. He didn’t play for a month before last week’s event and started slowly before a strong weekend that almost claimed him another major championship. Scheffler finished second behind Rory McIlroy by just one stroke.
Scheffler won this event in 2024 after finishing T11 in his debut in 2023. Last year, he finished T8, and his outstanding tee-to-green game makes him a threat to contend again this week.
Even though he hasn’t claimed any titles, Scheffler still leads the field in Total Strokes Gained over the last three months and is second in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green. With so much potential that he’ll be near the top of the leaderboard, he’s a strong option to start your lineup this week.
Maverick McNealy ($8,500)
McNealy also got off to a slow start last week with an opening round 77, but he surged with three straight rounds of 70 or better to climb to a T18. He finished T21 the previous week at the Valero, giving him three top-25 finishes in his last four events and six top-25 finishes in his nine events this season. While he hasn’t won since his first PGA TOUR win at The RSM Classic at the end of 2024, he has remained very consistent, which makes him a viable option for fantasy golf cash games.
Last year, the Stanford alum made 21 of 26 cuts with 12 top-25 finishes, including five top-five finishes. He advanced to the finale of the FedExCup Playoffs, finishing T-23 at the TOUR Championship. In 2026, he has continued his strong production.
He has positive numbers across all major Strokes Gained categories over the last three months and has no major weakness in his game. He ranks in the top 15 in the field in Total Strokes Gained over that span and No. 21 in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green.
His strong tee-to-green game sets him up for success this week at Harbour Town, where he has made the cut in four of his five appearances with a T4 in 2021 and a T3 last year, just behind the playoff between Justin Thomas ($8,200) and Andrew Novak ($6,700).
McNealy typically plays well on these “less than driver” courses, and his success on this track in the past gives him both a high floor and ceiling this week.
Brian Harman ($7,000)
With no cut this week, it’s a good week to use some cheap plays to balance out your big names since all players will get in four rounds, barring withdrawal or disqualification. The course has typically played more into the hands of veteran players than young guns, and one proven grinder who can contend in tough fields is lefty Brian Harman. The 39-year-old doesn’t hit it as far as many other players in the field, but his form has been solid, and he has proven he can post a high finish at Harbour Town.
Last year, Harman finished T3 along with McNealy, and he has finished in the top 15 in four of the last five years at this course. His extended history here dates back to 2004, and he has seven top-25 finishes, including four top-10 finishes.
While Harman hasn’t posted a top-10 finish yet in 2026, Harman has a pair of top-25 finishes and has made the cut in six straight events, including last week, where he rallied from a seven-over-par Round 1 to make the cut and finish T33.
Since the shorter course is a good fit for his game, Harman’s accuracy-focused game should put him in the mix once again in Harbour Town.
