Sunday night presents a three-game NBA DFS slate that begins at 6:00 PM EST. DraftKings continues to offer huge contests for DFS players, and below, I break down some of my favorite NBA DFS options at each position for Sunday’s NBA action.

Guard
Stud
Jalen Brunson, New York Knicks vs. Golden State Warriors, $9,500
Brunson is coming off two strong performances, scoring 51.5 FPTS vs. the Jazz and 49.75 FPTS vs. the Pacers. Josh Hart (knee) missed both of these games and is probable to return tonight, but this is a great matchup vs. the struggling Warriors and Brunson is one of the top studs to roster for this thin, short slate.
Golden State ranks 22nd in defensive rating since the All-Star break and the Knicks carry a 117.5-point implied team total for this matchup on DraftKings Sportsbook. In the last five games Brunson has played behind an implied team total of at least 115 points, he is generating 54.6 FPTS per game.

Value
EJ Harkless, Utah Jazz at Sacramento Kings, $3,800
His last time out, Harkless posted 21.5 FPTS across 30 minutes Friday vs. the Trail Blazers. Ace Bailey (concussion) and Kyle Filipowski (rest) both started and played in that game, but now will be out Sunday, joining Lauri Markkanen (hip) and Keyonte George (hamstring) on the sidelines.
The Jazz are likely to be down to only nine healthy players and Harkless should see over 30 minutes, likely as a starter vs. this Kings defense that ranks 28th in rating this season, making him one of the top values on the slate. With Markkanen, George, Bailey and Filipowski off the floor this season, Harkless is scoring 0.9 FPTS per minute with a 23.3% usage rate, which is a 7.1 percentage point lift from his average.

Forward

Brice Sensabaugh, Utah Jazz at Sacramento Kings, $6,100
Sensabaugh moved into the Jazz’s starting lineup three games ago and the forward has been a strong fantasy asset, posting 31, 45.75 and 44.25 FPTS in that order. Now, Bailey and Filipowksi will be joining Utah’s long inactive list, leaving Sensabaugh as one of the Jazz’s main players.
The forward should see over 30 minutes and a large usage rate with his team so shorthanded, giving Sensabaugh outstanding upside relative to his midrange salary. With Markkanen, George, Bailey and Filipowski off the floor this season, Sensabaugh is scoring 1.1 FPTS per minute with a team-high 30% usage rate.

Cody Williams, Utah Jazz at Sacramento Kings, $4,700
Continuing with the depleted Jazz, Williams is a strong value at this low salary. The former first-round pick has exceeded 30 FPTS in three of his last five and Williams has logged at least 35 minutes in all five of these games. The 21-year-old is guaranteed huge minutes again tonight with his team so understaffed, putting him in a great position to easily outperform his cheap price tag.
This season, Williams is scoring 0.9 FPTS per minute with a 17% usage rate with Markkanen, George, Bailey and Filipowski off the court.

Center
Stud
Karl-Anthony Towns, New York Knicks vs. Golden State Warriors, $9,100
The Warriors are very shorthanded in their frontcourt. Draymond Green (back), Al Horford (calf) and Kristaps Porzingis (illness) are all out, and Quinten Post (ankle) is questionable. If Post suits up, he should start at center and see big minutes. If Post is out, the tallest available player for Golden State would be the 6’9″ Malevy Leons.
All in all, the Warriors are going to be very vulnerable inside and have zero answers for Towns. The center has topped 50 FPTS in two of his last three starts and this season, Towns is averaging 1.3 FPTS per minute with a 26% usage rate.

Adem Bona, Philadelphia 76ers vs. Portland Trail Blazers, $4,500
The 76ers have yet to release their injury report after playing yesterday, but Joel Embiid (oblique) and Andre Drummond (back) should both remain out, making Bona an excellent option.
With both Embiid and Drummond inactive last night vs. the Nets, Bona started at center for Philadelphia and posted 28.5 FPTS across 32.5 minutes. The big man finished a +13 in the win for the 76ers and Bona will have a ceiling near 30 FPTS tonight if both Embiid and Drummond remain unavailable. Portland ranks 18th in defensive rating and Bona is averaging 0.8 FPTS per minute while shooting 59.3% from the field this season.
Update: Embiid is out, but both Bona (back) and Drummond (back) are questionable. If one of these centers is active while the other sits, that active big man will be a viable play.
