The PGA TOUR continues its four-week stay in the Sunshine State with a trip to Orlando for this year’s Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill Club & Lodge. This will be the third Signature Event in the last four weeks, and the 72-player field includes many of the biggest names in golf. With all the stars out in this limited field event, it should be a great warmup for THE PLAYERS Championship next week and provide plenty of rama this Sunday. If you’re looking to build a DFS fantasy golf team this week, one popular format to consider is cash games or double-up contests on DraftKings. If that’s the format you choose to play this week, my top fantasy golf cash game picks are Jake Knapp ($8,600), Jacob Bridgeman ($7,700) and Pierceson Coody ($7,600).

Pivot plays for tournament lineups are usually more aggressive, while fantasy golf cash game picks are safer with higher floors and lower risk. The picks in this post generally have higher ownership than my pivot plays, but they are good selections for contests where the uniqueness of your lineup is less important. Think of cash game picks as lying back and playing a par 5 as it was designed, taking three shots before reaching the green, searching for a solid birdie. Tournament picks are like going driver off the deck to try to reach the green in two — more reward if it works, but much more risk as well.
These fantasy golf cash game picks are best used in “cash games,” which are contests that pay out to about the top half of entries. Typically, they are in the 50/50s & Double Ups or Head-to-Head sections of the DraftKings lobby.

Jake Knapp ($8,600)
Knapp comes into his first Florida event of the season with great form and is a very solid play under $9,000. Whether you choose to build around a high-priced star or go with a more balanced approach, Knapp is a key option to consider at this price point.
Last season, Knapp posted nine top-25 finishes, including four top-10 finishes in his 23 events, to finish 55th in the FedExCup standings. He started the Florida Swing last year with the low round of the season by any player, a 12-under 59 at PGA National in the opening round of The Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches. He didn’t play that event this year, but will look to get off to a flying start this year as well.
Knapp began 2026 with a T11 in Hawaii and has followed that with four straight top-10 finishes. The 31-year-old from UCLA leads the PGA TOUR in Par-5 Scoring and ranks third in Total Strokes Gained per round. He’s eighth in Driving Distance and fourth in Strokes Gained: Putting so far this season, and his run of top-10 finishes has moved him into the top 50 in the OWGR.
This will be Knapp’s second appearance at Bay Hill, after he made the cut and finished T57 two years ago. He has found success on similar tracks and has enough momentum that he’s a great option to consider in your fantasy golf cash plays this week. He brings both a high floor and a very good upside.
Jacob Bridgeman ($7,700)
Bridgeman broke through for his first PGA TOUR victory two weeks ago at The Genesis Invitational. The fact that the 26-year-old got a win isn’t surprising based on how well he has been playing during his rise to the top, but the fact that he did it in such dominating fashion at Riveriera Country Club is especially impressive since it isn’t really a course that fits his profile.
This week’s course is a much better fit for Bridgeman’s game on paper, and he could be right back in the mix this week at Bay Hill. He typically putts much better on Bermuda grass greens like he’ll face this week than the Poa Annua he conquered on the West Coast.
Last year, Bridgeman made it all the way to the TOUR Championship at the end of the FedExCup playoffs, based on five top-10 finishes in his 30 events last year. He finished just outside the top 10 in his debut at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, posting a solid T15. The previous week, he was runner-up at the Cognizant Classic, but this year, he passed on that event to celebrate his win and prepare for Bay Hill. Like Knapp, he should be well-rested after last week off and ready to attack Arnie’s Place.
Over the last 20 rounds, Bridgeman ranks third in this elite field in Total Strokes Gained and fourth in Strokes Gained: Approach. He got off to a scorching start to 2026 with five straight top-20 finishes. He finished T4 in Hawaii, T13 at La Quinta, T18 in Phoenix, and T8 at Pebble Beach before winning The Genesis Invitational. Bridgeman could have finished even higher at Pebble Beach if he hadn’t actually tried to play from the beach, but he showed great resilience bouncing back and winning the very next week.
Can Bridgeman continue his breakout with another win this week? Winning back-to-back Signature Events is extremely tough, but he’s so locked in that even if he doesn’t win, he’ll probably be a great fantasy play at this salary.
Pierceson Coody ($7,600)
Another young player starting the year playing extremely well is Pierceson Coody, who I’ve been including in my picks all season. The 26-year-old from Texas is thriving in his return to the PGA TOUR in 2026.
He split last season between the Korn Ferry Tour and the PGA TOUR, closing out the year strong with five top-25 finishes in a row, highlighted by a T3 at the Bank of Utah Championship. A new year and his new full-time status didn’t slow his roll in 2026, making the cut in each of his first six tournaments this season and posting five top-20 finishes, including a T2 at the Farmers Insurance Open.
Like Bridgeman, Coody found a lot of early-season success even though, before this year, Bermuda grassgreens and courses like Bay Hill fit his skill set better. He typically scores well on Par 5’s and excels tee-to-green. If his putter cooperates, he can contend on any track, including Bay Hill, where he made his tournament debut in 2023 and finished T14.
Coody ranks second in the field in Strokes Gained: Off-the-Tee over the last 24 rounds and also ranks in the top 10 in Total Strokes Gained and Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green. If you’re looking for a player to get a breakthrough victory this week, Coody is a great play, but even if he doesn’t quite claim the win, he has a good chance to post another high finish, making him a great value play.
All three of the picks in this post can be strong core options for your fantasy golf cash plays at Bay Hill and leave plenty of salary to build a good roster around them.
