The PGA TOUR’s first Signature Event of 2026 is halfway over, as all 80 professionals move to Pebble Beach for Round 3 and Round 4 after splitting rounds at Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill Golf Course while playing with amateurs for the first two rounds. The Round 3 tee times are set, and the field is ready to try to chase down co-leaders Ryo Hisatsune and Akshay Bhatia over the next two days. It’s a star-packed leaderboard and should be a great day of golf on Saturday, so let’s pick out a few Round 3 best bets to target on this slower sports Saturday.
You can stock your betting card with a wide variety of options from DK Sportsbook at any time throughout the tournament, including everything from single-hole props to full-field finishing positions. This week, I ran down some of my best bets for the entire tournament earlier on Wednesday, and I hit two of my three Round 1 Best Bets. My Round 2 bets went 1-1 with one still to be decided.
In this post, I’ll run down my top three Round 3 best bets.

Scottie Scheffler End Of Round 3 – Top 10 Finish (+560)
The tee times were adjusted to try and avoid the worst of the weather, with wind intensifying later in the day. As a result, players who go off earlier in the day should have a slight advantage. Since groups will be teeing off from No. 1 and No. 10, the earliest tee times are from the middle of the leaderboard. The players who are at the very top and the very bottom will tee off latest and face the worst of the weather.
Let’s look at the early groups for someone who could go low. In the second group–Scottie Scheffler! He’s pretty decent.
Scheffler was even par in Round 1 and only one under par through his first nine holes yesterday. He gathered some great momentum toward the end of the day, dropping five strokes over five holes, with an eagle and three birdies.
He starts the day at -6 with the top 10 currently at -10. Especially if the weather worsens late, he should be able to climb up the leaderboard if he can build on his momentum from the end of Friday’s round. Last week, the 20-time PGA TOUR winner started slowly but climbed the leaderboard on Friday and Saturday, before finishing T-3.
He has posted top-10 finishes in 18 straight PGA TOUR events, and he seems set up for a surge this weekend. This is still a longshot play at over 5:1, but it’s a good value play based on how he finished last round and how often we’ve seen him excel on the weekend.
Jordan Spieth (-114) over Keegan Bradley
I’m signing up for the Jordan Spieth roller-coaster experience this Saturday as he looks to outplay Keegan Bradley in this matchup. Spieth is playing in the group ahead of Bradley, but they both start the day T-10 at -10.
Spieth started the week relatively steadily with a 66 and a 68 in his first two rounds. His 66 was on Spyglass Hill but he looked solid with five birdies and one bogey in his first trip through Pebble Beach this week. Bradley also started at Spyglass, where he opened with a blistering 63. Round 2 at Pebble Beach was much tougher for the veteran, though, since he had four bogeys and a double-bogey to counteract his five birdies and an eagle. He still finished -1 for the round, but he struggled in his first round of the week at Pebble.
Spieth came into the event with a little better form, with a T-24 at the Sony Open before a missed cut at the WM Phoenix last week. Bradley missed the cut at the Sony and finished T-43 at the Farmers, where he faded as the week went on.
Both golfers have spike potential, but Spieth’s better form and an earlier tee time make him the play for me in this very volatile and very fun matchup on Saturday afternoon.
Jason Day U69.5 (+102)
Day has a great history at Pebble Beach and plenty of experience playing it in a wide variety of conditions. He started the week with a disappointing 70 at Spyglass Hill but bounced back with a 68 at Pebble Beach on Friday. He made five birdies to go with just one bogey.
Last year, Day posted three straight rounds of 69 or better on Pebble Beach after opening with a 70 on Spyglass Hill, and he closed with a 63 at Pebble Beach in 2024, when the event was shortened due to bad weather on Sunday.
The weather is the wild card in this prop, but it definitely will help in that he’s in the third group off the first tee, playing before the winds get bad. Day’s experience, overall current form, and success on this venue in the past make him a solid plus-money play to get at least -3 this Saturday.
