Heading into the last week of the 2025 fantasy football season, QB-WR rapports, target shares and more have been established among the league’s receiving corps. With all of that in mind, let’s break down my WR start/sit Week 18 fantasy football picks.
Check out all of my Week 18 start/sit picks at each position here!
Start ‘Em: Wan’Dale Robinson (New York Giants) vs. Dallas Cowboys
The Wan’Dale Robinson No. 1 receiver experience has been a resounding success for both the receiver and fantasy managers who have started him since Malik Nabers’ injury.
Robinson enter Week 18 as PPR WR11 on the season, operating as Jaxson Dart’s safety blanket. The slot technician is coming off a season-high 11 receptions for 113 yards. It was the third time Robinson had recorded at least 16 fantasy points in his last five outings.
This week, the Giants take on a Dallas secondary that has surrendered the most fantasy points in the league to receivers. Fire Robinson up as a low-end WR1.
Sit ‘Em: Justin Jefferson (Minnesota Vikings) vs. Green Bay Packers
Fantasy managers with Justin Jefferson, you can rest easy knowing there’s only one week left of the painful experience that has been the 2025 NFL season. Quarterback play has taken Jefferson out of the equation consistently down the stretch after Carson Wentz’s injury.
The superstar has failed to record double-digit fantasy points in five of Minnesota’s last six matchups. Max Brosmer threw for just 51 passing yards in the Vikings unbelievably improbable victory over the Lions last week. Whether it’s Brosmer or J.J. McCarthy under center on Sunday, it’s impossible to trust Jefferson in the fantasy championship.

Start ‘Em: Chris Godwin (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) vs. Carolina Panthers
Heading into a Week 18 championship, the eligible player pool can be drastically diminished due to rest scenarios across the league for both contending teams and squads with no playoff aspirations.
That’s why, when you have a player who is producing and is suiting up in a must-win game, you need to take advantage of it.
The Bucs are spiraling, but Godwin has been a very reliable target for Baker Mayfield down the stretch. The veteran is coming off his best game of the season in which he racked up seven receptions for 108 yards and a touchdown. It was the fourth time in his last five contests he recorded double-digit points. With the season on the line, Godwin can be fired up as a strong WR2.

Sit ‘Em: Courtland Sutton (Denver Broncos) vs. Los Angeles Chargers
This is an interesting spot.
Jim Harbaugh has already announced that L.A. will be resting its starters with the AFC West no longer up for grabs. However, Denver still needs to play its starters enough to secure the win. That could mean one quarter, one half, or even the full game if Trey Lance proves to be a competent fill-in for Justin Herbert.
Realistically, I find it hard to believe Sutton will see significant reps in the second half of this game. With the fantasy championship on the line, you want to start a receiver who will likely be on the field for the duration of the contest. Sutton is a touchdown dependent FLEX for this matchup.
Those are my WR start/sit Week 18 fantasy football picks! Stay tuned for more fantasy football start/sit advice throughout this week.
