The Week 12 main slate had plenty of drama and a few big surprises, but ultimately, it was an entry from jbgigglesworth that climbed to the top of the NFL $2.5M FANTASY FOOTBALL MILLIONAIRE [$1M TO 1ST]. The entry had a unique construction from the 147,058 entries in the Milly Maker and beat out the rest of the field by five fantasy points to claim the top spot with a massive 277.04 fantasy points.

The Giants stack comes up huge
In the early window, jbgigglesworth leaned into the matchup between the Giants and the Lions using multiple players from both sides of a high-scoring game that went into overtime. While the Lions players discussed below both had fairly high ownership, it was the Giants stack that provided this entry with great leverage.
Jameis Winston (36.24 FPTS) was only in 4% of entries, while his top receiver Wan’Dale Robinson (33.6 FPTS) was in 7.7% of entries. The two paired up for a huge game, including this long touchdown pass on a trick play in the first half.
Robinson finished with nine catches for 156 yards and that touchdown, while Winston threw for 366 passing yards and two passing touchdowns. He added 33 receiving yards, 13 rushing yards and this receiving touchdown as well on another trick play.
The Lions roar back
While the Giants were coming up with all kinds of fun ways to stay in the game, ultimately the Lions were able to avoid the upset, but it took big games from Amon-Ra St. Brown (32.9 FPTS) and Jahmyr Gibbs (58.4 FPTS).
St. Brown hauled in nine catches for 149 receiving yards and a touchdown in a big bounce back after last week’s letdown in Philadelphia. Gibbs was even more dominant, though, as the high scorer on the slate. He ran for two touchdowns and 219 rushing yards while also adding 11 receptions for 45 receiving yards. Oh, and he tacked on a walk-off winner in overtime to put a giant exclamation point on his big game against New York.
Hunting up huge value at tight end and running back
The two other plays from the winning entry in the early window were both excellent value options. Emanuel Wilson (29.5 FPTS) stepped in at running back for the Packers and delivered two rushing touchdowns, 107 rushing yards, 18 receiving yards and two catches for a monster day.
Josh Jacobs will likely be back in the mix on Thursday when the Packers face the Lions in a great Turkey Day matchup, but Wilson could remain involved after his huge performance.
The other early wave value for jbgigglesworth came from Patriots tight end Hunter Henry (27.5 FPTS), who went off for 115 yards and a touchdown on his seven catches in the Patriots’ narrow win over the Bengals.
Fly, Eagles receivers, fly
In the later window, the top entry played not just one but both of the Eagles’ top receivers and they both delivered, despite the team’s late collapse against the Cowboys.
A.J. Brown (28 FPTS) had eight catches for 110 yards and a touchdown, while DeVonta Smith (14.9 FPTS) added on six catches for 89 yards.
The Browns bring it home
The Browns got a win in Shedeur Sanders’ first career start, but it was mostly the Browns DST (16 FPTS) that carried the day in Las Vegas. The defense also boosted jbgigglesworth to the top of the Milly Maker by racking up 10 sacks, a fumble recovery and just 10 points allowed in the big road win.
While there may be some QB controversy–fun times ahead, the Browns defense is undeniably good, led by Myles Garrett, and the Raiders offensive line makes them a great matchup to attack in every format.
The Bottom Line
Week 12’s winning entry stacked the Giants, Lions and Eagles while mixing in solid values in Wilson and Henry to round out the lineup. Jameis Winston’s big day with production in multiple ways helped deliver jbgigglesworth the victory, even though the Giants came up short. While Winston was the big contrarian play in the entry, it was Gibbs, St. Brown and Brown that posted the big numbers needed to get all the way over 275 fantasy points.
