MLB Best Bets: Toronto Blue Jays at Los Angeles Dodgers Best Prop Bets for World Series Game 6

The 2025 World Series could come to a close on Friday night if the Blue Jays win at home. The Fall Classic has been already been one for the ages, with plenty of drama and excitement. With heroes and superstars on both sides, let’s jump into Friday night’s matchup and pick out a few fun player prop bets to play on DraftKings Sportsbook.

To claim the World Series title on Friday, the Blue Jays will have to overcome Dodgers’ ace Yoshinobu Yamamoto, who has been dominant in the postseason, including in Game 2 of this series. They’ll counter as they did in Game 2 with veteran righty Kevin Gausman.

As always, DraftKings Sportsbook has all your betting needs covered for the World Series. There are literally hundreds of prop bets available, but let’s look at a few of my favorite player prop bet options for Game 6.

Dodgers vs. Blue Jays Prop Bets for Game 6

Kevin Gausman over 15.5 outs recorded (+141)

The Blue Jays have to feel good with Gausman on the mound and an extremely well-rested bullpen. The bullpen only had to pick up two innings on Wednesday after the dominant showing of Trey Yesavage, and Thursday was an off day.

Even with the bullpen in good shape, though, the Blue Jays can afford to give Gausman a little bit of leash since this isn’t an elimination game for them like it is for the Dodgers.

Gausman typically works pretty deep into the game for Toronto. He went 5 ⅔ innings (17 outs) in his first three starts of the playoffs and then went 6 ⅔ (20 outs) in Game 2. He did have a shorter outing this postseason, but that was out of the bullpen.

During the regular season, he got at least 16 outs in 10 of his last 12 starts. If the Blue Jays can’t solve Yamamoto, Gausman may end up eating innings for them on Friday to set their bullpen in place for Game 7. If he’s pitching well and matching Yamamoto, though, the Blue Jays are very comfortable letting him be their workhorse, like he was for most of the season.

If you are looking for something with longer odds, I also really like Gausman to record the win at +303. Several factors play into that player prop hitting, but it feels like a more likely scenario than the odds indicate at 3:1.

Max Muncy 2+ total bases (+143)

Muncy is 3-for-20 (.150) in the series but does have a double and a home run, giving him over two total bases in two of the five games in this series.

In his career, he is an impressive 7-for-21 (.333) against Gausman with two doubles, four homers and 19 total bases, averaging almost one per at-bat against the veteran righty. He also has six walks against Gausman, although that won’t help in his quest for 2+ total bases. He has the second-shortest odds of all players to hit a home run in Game 6, and that would be one way for him to hit this prop. I almost took him in my top home run props, for the day, but ultimately went with two more proven drama-heavy hitters.

I do like Muncy at these odds to get at least a double or a pair of singles to get multiple total bases in this favorable matchup for him against Gausman.

Mookie Betts under 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBI (-114)

Yesavage has been extremely impressive this season and postseason, but this line for hits allowed feels like a good place to take the over. Yesavage has made four starts during his legendary postseason run, and he has allowed at least four hits in three of those four starts despite pitching very well. Dating back to the regular season, he has allowed at least four hits in five of his last six starts, with the one exception being his dominant 5 ⅓ hitless innings against the Yankees in the ALDS.

The Dodgers have collected 34 hits in the first four games of this series, averaging 8.5 per game (although that number is skewed by Game 3’s 18 innings). They had four hits off Yesavage in just four innings in Game 1, and I think the Blue Jays could try to get a few more outs out of Yesavage on Wednesday, especially since they know the series will be headed back to Toronto for at least Game 6.

The Dodgers may get to him early, or he may be around a while, but either way, him allowing four hits seems to be a very nice player prop to target at close to even money.

Addison Barger 2+ Hits + Runs + RBI (+141)

On the other side of the HRR market, I like Barger to stay hot and deliver 2+ HRR on Friday. He has two hits in each World Series game except Game 2, going 8-for-17 (.471) with a homer, three runs scored, and five RBI. He has been over this HRR line in four of the five games of the series, including each of the last three.

Barger has impressed throughout the postseason, going 18-for-52 (.346) with 34 HRR in 15 games (2.3 HRR per game). It’s a very tough matchup against Yamamoto, but he’s hot enough to back at these odds despite the difficult matchup.

He’s already shown a flare for the dramatic and will look to cement his legacy on Friday. His pinch-hit Grand Slam in Game 1 started the series trending the Blue Jays’ way, and he can bookend the series with another big game in Game 6 to help Toronto bring it home.
