Friday started off well with a birdie on the first hole. He added two more birdies on the front nine. The back nine consisted of three birdies and the round was an unblemished one.
In DraftKings’ $800K Summer Sand Trap tournament, MacIntyre is rostered on 9.34% of teams.
DraftKings Sportsbook has MacIntyre at +400 to win it all, the second-best odds, after Thursday. He’s now the favorite at +120.
Scottie Scheffler ($13,400; 66.5 FPTS) was the favorite after Thursday at +130. He now has the second-best odds at +140. Scheffler was in third place before Friday. He’s now second at -9 for the tournament after going -5 (65) on Friday.
Like MacIntyre, Scheffler also had a bogey-free round with three birdies on the front nine and two birdies on the back nine.
Scheffler is rostered on the highest number of teams at 34.97%.
Kurt Kitayama ($7,600; 32.5 FPTS) is the only other golfer rostered on at least 30% of teams at 30.6%.
Kitayama went +2 (72) on Thursday and was T30. After Friday’s -2 (68), he has moved up to T22.
Kitayama notched one birdie on the front nine. The back nine started with two birdies before a bogey on the third hole. The final two holes of the day went bogey then birdie. Kitayama is currently E for the tournament.

Andrew Novak ($7,000; 17 FPTS) is rostered on 14.73% of teams. He went +2 (72) on Thursday then followed that up with a +6 (76) on Friday. The front nine consisted of a bogey and a birdie. The back nine had double-bogeys on the second and third holes. Two more bogeys closed out the day.
Sam Stevens ($6,500; 20 FPTS) is rostered on 13.92% of teams. He went +1 (71) on Thursday then +7 (77) on Friday. The day began with two bogeys on the first two holes. Stevens got back a stroke three holes later but then racked up two more bogeys to close out the front nine. The back nine consisted of two bogeys, a birdie and a double-bogey.
