WNBA Best Bets Today: Top Prop Bets for Tuesday 7/15/25

Caitlin Clark is back in action tonight as part of a two-game slate of WNBA action, as her Indiana Fever visit the Connecticut Sun for an 8 p.m. ET clash and the Los Angeles Sparks host the Washington Mystics at 10 p.m. ET. For Connecticut, Los Angeles, and Washington, it’ll be the last game before the All-Star break, while Indiana will suit up again tomorrow.

Here are my favorite player prop bets from tonight’s contests at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Caitlin Clark to Record a Double-Double (+125)

Though she was named an All-Star captain, Clark has had a rough second season, missing nine games due to injury and shooting just 37.4% from the field and 28.9% from beyond the arc while leading the league in turnovers for the second straight season. In the three games since her return from a groin injury, she’s averaged just 12.0 points per game on poor efficiency while on a minutes restriction. However, her playmaking has improved since last season, as she’s up to a 9.0 assists per contest, the second-most in the league, and she’s recorded five double-doubles.

I’ll actually be concerned about Clark if she can’t put up a good performance tonight against Connecticut, which has been horrific this season, posting a 3-18 record and a negative-20.1 net rating. Not only have the Sun allowed the most points per game on the highest field-goal percentage and third-highest three-point percentage, only the Dallas Wings have allowed more assists per game than they have. It’s a good bet that the Fever will be clicking on all cylinders, allowing Clark to get her teammates involved while still scoring 10 points herself.

Sonia Citron 2+ Three-Pointers Made (-110)

Earlier today, it was announced that Citron, the third overall pick in the draft, would participate in the three-point contest during All-Star Weekend. The 21-year-old has been tremendous so far in her rookie season, averaging 14.4 points per game, making 36.3% of her three-point attempts, and being named to her first All-Star team. She’s made two or more triples in 11 of her 21 career games, including five of her last nine, though she’s coming off a pair of rough shooting nights.

I back Citron to bounce back tonight against a rebuilding Sparks unit. Los Angeles has just a 7-14 record, tied for the second-worst mark in the league, and though Kelsey Plum has looked solid in her first opportunity to be a team’s star and Dearica Hamby and Azura Stevens are solid complementary pieces, the Sparks have struggled to stop opponents. This season, Los Angeles has allowed the second-most points on the second-most made triples at the fourth-best percentage.

Kelsey Plum U17.5 Points (+105)

In her last three games, Plum has finally broken out of an extended shooting slump that has largely defined the middle of her season, as she shot 32.5% from the field across 11 games between May 30 and July 3. In her last three games, she’s made more than half of her shots, 50% of her triples, and all of her free throws, leading the Sparks to a pair of wins. It wouldn’t necessarily be a surprise to see her score more than 18 points, but the Mystics are a tough matchup.

While Washington has the second-worst offense in the league, it has a winning record because it has had the league’s fifth-best defense. The Mystics have held opponents to the fourth-worst percentage from the field and the worst percentage from deep, and nearly half of Plum’s shots come from beyond the arc. In particular, Washington thrives through its back-court, in particular four-time All-Defensive honoree Brittney Sykes, Citron, and Sug Sutton. At just five-foot-eight, Plum might find it difficult to get anything going against the six-foot-one Citron.
