As mentioned in my FIFA Club World Cup Round of 16 Best Bets article, Inter Milan moneyline is one of my favorite bets for this round of the competition.
Fluminense have done well to get to this stage of the competition, but have done so with two draws and a win against one of the worst sides in the Club World Cup.
For Inter Milan the expectations are much higher, and for good reason. This is a team that took Napoli all the way in the Italian league last season, only to miss out on the title on the last day of the season. They then managed to reach the Champions League final for the second time in the last few seasons.
This is a team with a ton of knockout experience, and at a higher level than this competition. They are undefeated in this year’s Club World Cup with two wins and a draw.
I think this game lines up to be a low scoring affair, with the Italian side finding a way to win it before we reach extra time and penalties.
