Saturday night features a six-game MLB DFS slate at the end of a jam-packed day of baseball. With some of the most hitter-friendly parks in the majors on the evening’s slate, it’s a slate that seems built for offense. Let’s take a look at the 12 teams in the player pool and pinpoint a few places for tonight’s top MLB stacks for building DraftKings lineups around this Saturday night.
In case you’re new to the concept, “stacking” is an MLB DFS strategy that utilizes multiple players from the same team in the same fantasy lineup. Since most run-scoring plays earn fantasy points for multiple players, teams that score a lot of runs typically end up with several players near the top of the leaderboard. Using multiple players from high-scoring lineups and productive sections of the lineup can create a positive correlation that raises the ceiling of your lineup significantly. The key to the best MLB stacks is finding the right matchup to attack. Getting the right team at the heart of your roster as one of your MLB Stacks can carry you right to the top of the leaderboard.
Here are my top three MLB DFS stacks for this Saturday night.

1. Arizona Diamondbacks
Ketel Marte ($6,200)
Josh Naylor ($5,400)
Eugenio Suarez ($5,200)

The Diamondbacks are a very obvious option for MLB stacks on Saturday night, but that doesn’t mean it’s not the right move. Arizona hammered out 21 hits with four homers on its way to 14 runs on Friday night in similar conditions, and it has an even more favorable matchup on Saturday night against lefty Carson Palmquist ($5,300). Palmquist has been very attractive for stacking against since he has given up 24 runs in 26 2/3 innings while allowing a 39.1% hard-hit rate and 14.1% barrel rate. He has served up seven homers and a 1.76 WHIP, allowing frequent hard hits and plenty of traffic on the bases–exactly what we want from our MLB stacks.
This stack is so tasty that I highlighted Marte, Suarez and Gurriel in my top MLB targets for the day. All three of them are expensive plays but should bring very high ceilings in this smash spot. Perdomo and Naylor both have high ceilings as well and can help round out the stack. Even in a lefty-lefty matchup, Naylor can be included since Palmquist has been hit hard on both sides of his splits and Naylor regularly starts against both righties and lefties.
One other player not listed here who is definitely worth watching is Corbin Carroll ($6,300), who is the most expensive Dback bat and has the second-highest salary on the board. He has missed the last two games with a bruised hand from when he was hit by a pitch on Wednesday, but he is expected to return soon, according to manager Torey Lovullo. If Carroll is back at the top of the order, he will also have a high ceiling and can be added to the mix.
2. Los Angeles Dodgers
Shohei Ohtani ($6,600)

Mookie Betts ($5,100)
Andy Pages ($4,400)
Max Muncy ($4,200)
The Dodgers are at home in a great matchup in the final game of the night as they take on the Nationals and righty Jake Irvin ($7,500). The Dodgers won 6-5 on Friday and have scored 67 runs in 13 games over the last two weeks with a .255 batting average and .337 wOBA.
Irvin is 5-3 in his 15 starts, but he has struggled in his last four outings, giving up 16 runs in 21 innings with a 6.86 ERA, 5.55 FIP and 1.67 WHIP over those outings. Most of his struggles this season have been on the road, where he has a 4.97 ERA and 1.25 WHIP, and specifically, lefties have given him trouble, hitting .265 with a .354 wOBA.
The Dodgers are loaded with lefties, so they should be a strong stacking option on Saturday against Irvin. Ohtani is an expensive pay-up play but always brings a high ceiling with his power potential. He hasn’t homered in six games so seems overdue and Irvin has allowed 10 of his 14 homers to lefties like Ohtani.
Freeman and Muncy got Friday out of the lineup but should return against the righty Irvin. Since he started wearing glasses while hitting, Muncy has been hot, with eight of his nine homers this year and a .306 batting average over his last 33 games. He has a .435 wOBA and 56.6% hard-hit rate over that span.
Betts and Pages both have upside from the right-hand side of this stack, and Pages is 11-for-35 with three homers and an average of 9.8 fantasy points per game over his last 10.
3. Athletics
Brent Rooker ($4,900)

Max Muncy ($3,000)
Denzel Clarke ($2,700)
Both the Dbacks and Dodgers are good options for MLB stacks but they’re also both very pricey, so if you need a cheaper stack to blend in, one option to consider is the Athletics, who will be playing at Sutter Health Park, which has been very hitter-friendly, especially during the heat of the California summer.
I highlighted Kurtz in my home run props for a second day in a row, which I normally try to avoid, but the matchup is just too good to pass him up. The same is true for MLB DFS, where his salary is too low for his upside. Over his last six games, Kurtz is averaging 16.7 fantasy points with five homers. He and Butler will be on the strong side of the split against Luis Ortiz ($6,900), who has allowed eight of his 10 homers to left-handed hitters.
While Brent Rooker is always a key piece to consider in the heart of the order, Muncy (not the Dodgers one) and Clarke can be good bargain pieces to mix in as well. Muncy has 13 hits in 15 games since returning from the minors with four home runs, a stolen base and a 41.7% hard-hit rate. Clarke continues to make outstanding plays on a nightly basis on defense and is hitting .200 with four stolen bases in his 25 games since his promotion. He is hitting .246 with a .271 wOBA in his last 19 games and has hit safely in five of his last seven contests. He usually hits ninth, making him an interesting bargain wraparound option batting just ahead of Butler and the top of the order.
