The first portion of Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series All-Star races is complete. Eighteen drivers took part in the 2025 All-Star Open with only the top two and a fan voted racer advancing to the All-Star Race.
Carson Hocevar won the 2025 All-Star Open after entering the event as the favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook. He was listed at +185, and his victory grants him a spot in the All-Star Race. John Hunter Nemechek finished in second place and was +4000 to win the race.
Hocevar and Nemechek earned the 21st and 22nd starting spots in Sunday’s All-Star Race. The final spot went to Noah Gragson, who earned the fan favorite vote. Gragson finished in 17th place out of 18 drivers in the Open, but fans want to see him compete in the main event. He has the 23rd starting spot.
