Saturday continues a fun slate of action in Major League Baseball’s first Rivalry Weekend. All 30 teams are in action on a jam-packed schedule throughout the day with eight games on the main DFS fantasy baseball slate which starts at 7:05 p.m. ET. With 16 teams in the player pool, there are some great matchups to consider attacking. Looking at each of the matchups, a few lineups stand out as the night’s top MLB Stacks to build your fantasy team around.
In case you’re new to the term “stacking,” let’s quickly define what we’re looking for in MLB stacks. Based on how fantasy baseball scoring works, it makes sense to include multiple players from the same team on your roster to create a positive correlation between your players’ production. If you combine the right players from the same section of the lineup in a favorable matchup, they can boost each other’s output and vault your team to victory. Increasing the connectedness of your lineup raises both the ceiling and the risk in your roster, but it can pay off if you find the best MLB stacks on the board.
As we look at the eight matchups on the main slate, these are my top three MLB stacks.

1. Arizona Diamondbacks
Corbin Carroll ($6,100)
Ketel Marte ($5,200)
Josh Naylor ($4,300)
Lourdes Gurriel Jr. ($4,100)

The D-Backs are the top option tonight for MLB stacks as they face the Rockies and starting pitcher German Marquez ($5,000). Marquez has given up 36 runs in 37 innings this season, going 1-6 with a 1.70 WHIP and 5.20 xFIP. He has been hittable by both lefties and righties, and his struggles haven’t been a result of pitching at Coors Field since his road ERA is 10.53.
Carroll has been hot lately and has also been more aggressive on the basepaths. I like the wraparound stack with Lawlar from the bottom of the order, as I explained in today’s MLB Targets. You can add Marte and Gurriel to round out the stack as well. Gurriel averaged 7.7 fantasy points by going 11-for-42 (.262) in his last 10 games. Naylor has also been heating up, picking up two hits on Friday to extend his hitting streak to eight games and is 11-for-34 (.324) with a .356 wOBA and 36.7% hard-hit rate over that span. He also has two homers against Marquez in his career while going 3-for-9 in their past meetings.
2. Los Angeles Dodgers

The Dodgers only managed only two runs on Friday night in the opener against the Angels after piling up 19 runs on Thursday night against the Athletics. He had scored at least eight runs in four of their last six games before the disappointing result on Friday. They’ll look to get back on track against Tyler Anderson ($8,200).
Anderson has a solid 2.58 ERA through eight starts but has a 4.59 FIP and 4.75 xFIP that indicate some regression could be coming. He has an unsustainable .197 BABIP against, and if he gives up that much contact against the Dodgers, they should pile up more runs on Saturday.
Anderson has actually been hit harder by lefties this season than righties. Left-handed hitters have four homers in just 41 plate appearances with a .452 wOBA against him.
As a result, Ohtani and Freeman are solid plays if you can afford paying up for them. Ohtani has been scalding hot with nine homers in his last 13 games while going 21-for-52 (.404) with a 73.2% hard-hit rate and a 36.6% barrel rate. Pages has shown good pop against lefties as well and has two homers in his last three games.
3. Boston Red Sox

The Sox debuted their solid new city connect uniforms on Friday against the Braves, but they couldn’t get much offense going against their former teammate, Chris Sale. They’ll have a more favorable matchup on Saturday against Grant Holmes ($7,200). Holmes has had a few good starts, but he has also struggled to a 6.38 ERA and 6.71 FIP on the road, allowing five home runs in 18 1/3 road innings.
Bregman has been the Red Sox’ hottest hitter, hitting .323 in his last 24 games with seven home runs, eight doubles, 19 runs scored, 17 RBI and a .448 wOBA. Duran had a pair of hits and a stolen base for 18 fantasy points. He has five fantasy points or more in five of his last six games and brings good dual-threat potential from the top of the order. Devers is 12-for-30 (.400) over his last eight games, averaging 11.9 fantasy points per game. Sogard and Ceddanne Rafaela ($3,300) are value plays with good upside that can finish out the stack.
