MLB Parlay for April 28th, 2025
- Aaron Judge 2+ Total Bases vs. Baltimore Orioles
- Shohei Ohtani 2+ Total Bases vs. Miami Marlins
- Brent Rooker 2+ Total Bases vs. Texas Rangers
Aaron Judge 2+ Total Bases
Betting on Judge to record at least two or more total bases has been quite fruitful for bettors this season. Judge has logged at least two bases in 18 of the 28 games he’s played, good for 64% of his games. Tonight, he’ll play in an expected high-scoring game against the Baltimore Orioles. Tomoyuki Sugano will start for the Orioles and is a pitcher who induces a lot of contact. His main pitch, a splitter, is one Judge has crushed since last season. Since last season, he has a .578 wOBA with a .611 ISO.
Shohei Ohtani 2+ Total Bases
I was shocked to learn that Ohtani has recorded two or more total bases in only 10 games this season. Tonight, against Edward Cabrera, I think he’ll record his 11th such game. Ohtani’s struggles against lefties have been well documented, and the numbers tell the story. Since last season, against lefties like Ohtani, Cabrera has posted a .375 wOBA, 5.47 FIP, and 1.7 HR/9 over 53.1 innings.
Brent Rooker 2+ Total Bases
Patrick Corbin is taking the mound for the Rangers for the second time this season. Rooker has posted strong numbers against lefties since the start of last season, with a .403 wOBA and a .308 ISO. Corbin is due for regression, with a 4.91 xERA compared to his 3.77 ERA. Despite a .248 batting average, Rooker is hitting with significant power. He’s had at least two total bases in 16 of his 28 games, good for 57% this season.
