Collectors were salivating over the 2024 Topps Chrome release to chase Skenes rookie cards. Little did we know, mere months later, you could buy a Sports Platinum Pack on Courtyard.io to pull the Black Refractor /10. Oh, did I mention it’s a PSA 10?
This insane pull currently has an FMV of $2,420. I can’t imagine what user “Sportsbunch” was thinking when this gem appeared on its rotating stand. Skenes’ stock continues to reach new heights, making you wonder if “Sportsbunch” will hold onto this monster pull.
2024 Select WNBA Caitlin Clark Silver Prizm PSA 10
You don’t need the big bucks to pull a big card. This 2024 Select WNBA Caitlin Clark Silver Prizm PSA 10 was pulled by user “diamondmusic9753” out of one of the $50 Basketball Pro Packs. It was an easy way to quadruple their investment, as this card currently has a FMV of $229. Of course, with this being the offseason, that number will likely rise, as the season is scheduled to begin on May 16th. As time goes on, these 2024 WNBA cards will continue to be highly sought after, so pulling this for just $50 was a steal.

2018 Panini Donruss Optic Lamar Jackson White Sparkle PSA 10
A $500 pack yielding a $6,219 FMV!
I could end this recap with that sentence alone. What a crazy card to see pulled from a Sports Platinum pack! This is by far the biggest pull we’ve seen recently on Courtyard.io. According to PSA, this card is one of seven graded PSA 10. Seventeen have been graded total; ten earned a PSA 9, making this a rare card despite lacking a serial number. This card shows the potential these packs offer, making the chase even more exciting.
No need to worry—there are still massive chases left, including a 2018 Topps Update Shohei Ohtani Black /67, a 1986 Fleer Michael Jordan PSA 8, and a 2020 Panini Prizm Jordan Love Color Blast PSA 10, to name a few. You can view all the chases available here.
2018 Panini Donruss Optic Cam Newton Downtown PSA 10
From a purely ROI standpoint, this card is a winner. I’ll be honest—I was floored that Cam Newton’s cards is still selling so well. Pulled from a $50 Football Pro Pack, this Downtown card has an FMV of $725. If you pulled this and asked what I thought the FMV was, I’d have guessed around $400. Fortunately for the user “promowerewolf5174,” I’m not the one deciding the FMV. Congrats on this huge hit from a very affordable $50 pack!
