MLB Parlay for April 4th, 2025
- Mike Trout 2+ Bases vs. Cleveland Guardians
- Marcell Ozuna 2+ Bases vs. Miami Marlins
- Junior Caminero 2+ Bases vs. Texas Rangers
Mike Trout 2+ Total Bases
Trout is in a solid spot against Gavin Williams. The Guardians starter leans heavily on a fastball, thrown 52% of the time last year and 62% in his first start this season, with just a curveball and sweeper rounding out his arsenal. Trout feasts on fastballs, posting a .368 wOBA and .336 ISO against them since last year. With no weather worries and a gentle wind blowing out, he might crush it at the plate tonight.
Marcell Ozuna 2+ Total Bases

The entire Braves offense is off to a really slow start, but I like the matchup for Ozuna tonight. He’ll be facing Marlins starter Max Meyer, who has struggled in his appearances in the majors. Through 14 starts, he has a 5.50 ERA with a 5.73 FIP, a 7.7 K/9, and a 2.2 HR/9. His two main pitches, a slider, and a fastball, are pitches that Ozuna handles very well. Against the slider, Ozuna had a .404 wOBA with a .291 ISO. Against the fastball, we’re talking a .456 wOBA with a .298 ISO. This Braves offense is going to come alive soon (at least I hope), and Ozuna should be a major part of that. Why can’t today be that day?

Junior Caminero 2+ Total Bases
Caminero has been a bright spot for the Rays so far, slashing .318/.348/.364 through six games. I especially like his matchup tonight against Rangers starter Tyler Mahle. Mahle’s tough against lefties, but righties have had their way. With limited innings over the past few years, we need a broader sample for reliable stats. Since 2022, righties have hit Mahle hard—.347 wOBA, 4.69 FIP, and 1.7 HR/9. Mahle leans on fastballs, and Caminero’s been crushing them, boasting a .490 wOBA and .405 ISO against them since last season.
