Fridays are for Five Lists of Five here at DKNetwork, and we’re approaching the home stretch of the fantasy football regular season. Christian McCaffrey makes his big return; uncertainty surrounds high-profile players like Chris Olave, A.J. Brown, Ceedee Lamb, Dak Prescott, Trevor Lawrence—the list goes on. We need fantasy football stashes. Fantasy football streamers. Now more than ever!
I, once more, digress. Fantasy Fridays!
A reminder of the premise behind this specific series of lists: All I want is for you to be better than your friends. You’re going to be surrounded by them on Sunday, probably. How sweet would it be if you could be sure you’ve checked every box possible that might guarantee you a resounding victory this week? Some kick-your-feet-up insights? I’ve got some.
Again—I know my audience. The smoke-break audience. The quick-scan-of-the-phone-on-the-way-to-the-fridge audience. The give-me-as-much-info-as-possible-as-fast-as-possible audience. I’m a man of the people.
And so, once more: Five Lists of Five. Think of these as byte-sized, two-minutes-to-yourself lists to scan during your weekend as you foam at the mouth for any competitive fantasy edge. As much relevant analysis as I can fit into, like, 250 words per player.
Keeping it rolling this week with top five fantasy football streamers for NFL Week 10. As always, we’ll focus mostly on QBs, D/STs, and TEs.

Justin Herbert, QB, Los Angeles Chargers (vs. Tennesee Titans; 47.1% rostered)
I know the Titans’ defense has given up the fewest passing yards in the league. We all know that. But did you know Justin Herbert hasn’t thrown an interception in four games?
So, let’s be honest, he’ll probably throw one this week. That’s fine. This Los Angeles Chargers team this year is confounding defenses and beating them at the areas in which they excel by simply being more physical and more efficient. This will be a close game, but Herbert should throw for around 200 yards, two touchdowns, and maybe add some on his legs.
That Titans pass defense figure is loaded. It’s Week 10, and if you look at their schedule, the only two quarterbacks they faced that were decent were Josh Allen and Jared Goff. The Bills hung 34 on the Titans, and the Lions hung 52.
Arizona Cardinals D/ST (vs. New York Jets; 55.0% rostered)
Directly from my Fantasy Football Week 10 Defense Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em column:
Everything about this Cardinals team seems to be poised to make a run at the NFC West crown in 2024. The game against the Bears—though the Bears are, unfortunately, still the Bears—was a decisive evening-slate victory that many out-of-region audiences watched. It was hard not to be impressed by this Arizona defensive unit.
The Bears offensive line had improved significantly in their stretch surrounding their dominant London game win against the Jaguars. Bill Murray had started finding himself in the tackle rotation, and he was excelling at it. But this Cardinals front absolutely decimated any momentum the Bears’ offensive line may have found to the tune of six sacks.
You never count the Niners out of the NFC west. The Rams are on the rise. The Cardinals have a home game against one of the NFL’s biggest punchlines of the season. Expect the defense to continue smothering a patchwork New York offensive line with high efficiency. The Cardinals only blitz around 27% of the time, but create QB pressures on over 29% of dropbacks, with a 6.3% sack rate.
Los Angeles Rams D/ST (vs. Miami Dolphins; 6.1% rostered)
During the four-game stretch we’ve been riding the must-win, on-the-rise defensive unit out there for the Rams, they’ve posted the following FPT finishes: 11.0, 18.0, 7.0, and 18.0 points. Much of that has been because they’ve been scoring touchdowns in droves on the defensive side of the ball.
But there are legitimate reasons to believe this defense, without major game-breaking plays, can be effective for sixty minutes. Jared Verse and Braden Fiske—both rookies out of FSU—have become legitimate forces in the front-seven. Their QBP rate and run stuff rate is up, collectively, significantly in the last few games.
This play represents a risk because where the Rams lose is on explosive plays. The Dolphins generate explosive plays like Disney generates joy. But their offensive line isn’t a sure thing, and I’m thinking this Rams front-seven, at home, is going to be as inspired as ever after an OT victory during which they sacked Geno Smith seven times. They’ll pressure Tua, sack him a few times, and might create a turnover.
However, the Rams also might see four touchdowns hung on them in the first half. You never know with the Dolphins. But I believe in LA.
If you’re not comfortable with this play, you could just chalk the Giants D/ST against the Panthers in London, but London games are as funky as Monday Night Football letdown spots, no?
Drake Maye, QB, New England Patriots (vs. Chicago Bears; 11.4% rostered)
The Bears defense suffered a huge blow earlier this week when DT Andrew Billings headed to season-ending IR. Health has been an issue for Chicago, especially in the secondary—Kyler Gordon and Jaquan Brisker have had trouble staying on the field, and they’re the most exciting pieces in that secondary.
Maye has yet to post fewer than 11.5 FPTs in any game yet. All is not right with the Bears, and the offense is so inefficient that the defense is often tired, overcompensating, and making risky plays on the ball instead of focusing on solid tackling.
I like Maye to use his legs a lot this one, and get in the end zone, one way or another, at least twice.
Theo Johnson, TE, New York Giants (vs. Carolina Panthers; 2.4% rostered)
In Week 9, Johnson saw a career-high six targets. He converted them into three grabs for a career-best 51 yards, including his first score.
If you’re counting, that’s ten targets over the past two games for Theo Johnson. And they head to London to face a paltry Panthers pass defense. They are 25th in the league in passing yards allowed, and 29th in the league in passing touchdowns allowed.
London feels like the place for a guy like Theo Johnson to excel. The Bears looked like the best team in the world over there just a few weeks ago. He’s a decent DFS flier and a desperation play in season-long leagues. We’re hoping for a score, here.
