Week 1 of the 2023 NFL preseason is finally here as every team will be in action this weekend. Every coaching staff has a different philosophy when it comes to who plays in these exhibition matchups and the preseason opener is normally used for evaluating players that are fighting for a roster spot.
The action will begin on Thursday with the Houston Texans visiting the New England Patriots at 7 p.m. ET and conclude on Sunday afternoon with the San Francisco 49ers facing the Las Vegas Raiders at 4 p.m. ET.
