The San Francisco 49ers are hosting the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday Night Football in Week 7, and the timing is kind of perfect. The game kicked off at 8:20 p.m. ET, and by the time the first quarter is coming to a close, Succession will be getting underway on HBO.
Why does that matter? Well, 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan looks a heck of a lot like Kendall Roy. Jeremy Strong outside of the show does not look quite the same, but with his Kendall Roy look, it’s hard to miss the easy comparison. Just check out this comparison from back in January 2020. It’s kind of eerie!
