PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY
The promotional offer is valid between 4/10/2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 5/31/2026 at 6:00 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Members must be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and attained the appropriate age to participate in this Promotion.

-Pick6: Must be physically located in AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CT, CO, DC, DE, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and select jurisdictions in Canada. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ AL/NE, 21+ AZ/MA/VA).
-Sportsbook: Must be physically located in AZ, AR, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, VA, WY, or WV. Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ in DC/KY/NH/WY).
-Casino: Must be physically located in CT, MI, NJ, PA, or WV. Must be 21+ years of age or older.
-DK Horse: Must be a resident of AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, NH, NY, OR, OH, PA, VA, WA, WV, and WY. Must be 18+ years of age or older (21+ AZ/IA/WA).
-Golden Nugget Online Casino: Must be physically located in MI, NJ, PA or WV. Must be 21+ years of age or older.
-Jackpocket: Must be physically located in AZ, AR, CO, DC, ID, KS, ME, MA, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, or WV. Must be 18+ years of age or older. (19+ in NE, 21+ in AZ).
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) be a registered DraftKings Dynasty Silver customer with an active account; and (2) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion. No opt-in is required to redeem this offer.
BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive a promo code for up to 50% off UFL games. Actual discount percentage will vary based on the ticket price at the time of purchase, and may be less than 50%. Promo code will be presented to customers within the app or via email, as determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion. Ticket purchases must be made via www.ticketmaster.com. Promo code ineligible on other websites.
Promo code eligible for any UFL game in the 2026 season. Subject to availability, inventory, and any applicable ticketing restrictions or blackout dates imposed by the ticket provider or event organizer.
To redeem, customers must apply the promo code at checkout on the designated ticketing platform; failure to properly apply the code at the time of purchase will result in forfeiture of the discount.

BONUS REWARD LIMITATIONS
Promo code expires at the end of the UFL 2026 season (5/31/2026 at 6:00 PM). Discount not applicable to any taxes and fees.
Reward has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or past purchases, must be redeemed by the end of the Promotional Period and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless expressly permitted by DraftKings or the applicable ticket provider.
Neither UFL or Ticketmaster is under DraftKings’ control and DraftKings will not be responsible for the content, functionality, or terms of or any link contained on any of the platforms.
DraftKings does not guarantee the availability of tickets, seating locations, or pricing, and is not responsible for changes to event schedules, venues, or participant lineups.
Bonus rewards and any other services provided in connection with this Promotion do not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by DraftKings of any information contained therein. DraftKings is not responsible for any acts, omissions, or services of UFL or Ticketmaster, including without limitation game availability, safety, cancellations, or other unforeseen changes.
In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling, the promo code will remain subject to the terms and conditions of the ticket provider, and DraftKings will have no obligation to reissue or extend any expired or unused promo code.

DraftKings is not responsible for such provisions and expressly disclaims any liability for them. DraftKings reserves the right to void, cancel, or reclaim any promo code issued in error or obtained through misuse, fraud, or violation of these Promotion Terms or the DraftKings Terms of Use.
GENERAL TERMS
Limit one (1) redemption per customer per Ticketmaster account. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings’s sole discretion. See DraftKings Terms of Use for information and limitations on wagering. Each customer will be notified when they have received an award by (1) a bell notification (this is a notification that displays as a bell icon on the home page of the DraftKings app and website that can be clicked on to view short confirmation copy and terms) and/or (2) an automatically triggered email if the customer successfully entered the promotion and completed the promotion requirements. Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Terms of Use, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at support@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Terms of Use. Any wager placed on DraftKings in connection with the promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
