Sweepstakes and Contest Intake Questionnaire
This questionnaire applies to sweepstakes and contests running in the United States only. Once the legal team reviews the information submitted in this questionnaire, we will return a first draft of the applicable rules to the submitter within five (5) business days. After the first draft, any subsequent drafts of the rules will be provided to the submitter within three (3) business days. If the total aggregate approximate value of all prizes being given away in the sweepstakes exceeds $5,000 and the states of New York or Florida are eligible locations, bonding and registration are required. Sweepstakes that require bonding and registration have additional associated costs and longer approval lead times. Any bonding and registration costs will be charged to the applicable business unit running the sweepstakes. Note: New York requires bonding and registration to be completed at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the sweepstakes being announced, and Florida requires bonding and registration to be completed at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the sweepstakes being announced.
