NO PURCHASE, BET, OR DEPOSIT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, BET, OR DEPOSIT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, YOU MUST (i) BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF AND PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES; (ii) BE at least TWENTY-ONE (21) years of age; and (iii) HAVE A VALID draftkings ACCOUNT.

Promotion: 10/21/26 DraftKings Responsible Engagement Video Submission Contest (“Promotion”).

Sponsor: DK Crown Holdings Inc., 222 Berkeley St., 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02116 (“Sponsor”).

Acknowledgement: As a condition of participating in the Promotion, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these 10/21/26 DraftKings Responsible Engagement Video Submission Contest Official Rules (“Official Rules”), the DraftKings General Rules (“General Rules”), and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and you agree to fully and unconditionally waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion, the Official Rules, or the General Rules. The General Rules are attached as Exhibit A to these Official Rules and are incorporated herein by reference.

Entry Period: The Promotion begins at 9:00 AM on October 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM on November 2, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). All references to time of day contained in these Official Rules refer to Eastern Prevailing Time. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for all purposes of the Promotion.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to individual legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry into the Promotion: (i) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age; (ii) are physically located in the United States; (iii) have a valid DraftKings account; (iv) are not voluntarily (i.e., self-exclusion) or involuntarily excluded from play on any DraftKings offering; (v) are not included on any jurisdiction-wide gaming or daily fantasy sports exclusion list; (vi) are not temporarily or permanently banned from playing on any DraftKings offering; (vii) maintain any DraftKings accounts in good standing; and (viii) satisfy all other requirements contained herein. Entrants must at all times during the Promotion abide by and satisfy all requirements in these Official Rules and the General Rules. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s affiliates, agents, and advertising, public relations, and promotion agencies, and members of each of the preceding’s immediate families (i.e., spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Promotion. In the event you do not have an existing DraftKings account, you may create one at www.draftkings.com and click the “Log In / Sign Up” button. Creating a DraftKings account is free. You must create your valid DraftKings account before you submit your video to be eligible for the Promotion.

How To Enter: There is only one (1) method of entry for the Promotion. During the Entry Period, you must submit a video of yourself discussing DraftKings’ responsible engagement tools and resources and explaining why responsible engagement is important to you or for other customers. The video must be at least one (1) minute long and a maximum of five (5) minutes long. The video must contain both audio and video that is clear, understandable, and in the English language. The video cannot: contain factually inaccurate information about DraftKings; make false or misleading claims; focus on betting strategies, gambling outcomes, odds, or winnings; or contain profanity, hate speech, or illegal content. Your video entry must be your own original work, created solely by you and specifically for this Promotion. Entries that have been previously published, publicly displayed, submitted in any other contest or promotion are not eligible and will be disqualified. The video must not include any content that was generated, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence, including, without limitation, any artificial intelligence-generated or artificial intelligence-assisted scripting, dialogue, voiceover, narration, visual elements, avatars, animations, graphics, or other audio or video content. Additionally, the use of artificial intelligence-powered editing, enhancement, or production tools to manipulate, alter, or synthesize any portion of the video is prohibited. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the video cannot contain any third-party intellectual property, including, without limitation, any third-party music, sound recordings, musical compositions, trademarks (for example only, team names), service marks, trade dress, logos (for example only, clothing containing company or team logos), copyrighted footage, photographs, artwork, graphics, or other protected content (collectively, “Third-Party IP”). Do not include in your video any sensitive personal, financial, account, health, government identification, precise location, or credential information, including passwords, authentication codes, account numbers, or login information. You must not include any third-party personal information without that person’s consent.

To submit your video, you must: (i) go to http://dkng.co/myresponsiblestory and click on the “Share My Story” button; (ii) read through the guidelines and suggestions for creating a video for the Promotion; (iii) check the box that you have read through and agree to all the rules, terms, and conditions applicable to the Promotion, including, without limitation, these Official Rules and the General Rules; (iv) check the box that you have read and agree to the publicity release contained in these Official Rules; (v) click on the camera button to either submit a video from your library or record a video through the site’s functionality; and (vi) click on the “submit” button to submit your video.

Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. In the event you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.

Limit: one (1) entry per person.

Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter the Promotion will be deemed ineligible for the Promotion, and all of their entries may be deemed void. Automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same DraftKings account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses, or any other method will void all of such entrant’s entries, and such entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the entry process, including, without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, undeliverable, or misdirected entries, and Sponsor shall not have any obligation to advise an entrant of a late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or invalid submission or entry. Proof of submitting a video will not be deemed to be proof of entry to the Promotion or receipt by Sponsor. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the DraftKings account associated with the entry will be deemed the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Intellectual Property: By submitting an entry in the Promotion, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are the sole and exclusive owner of all content contained in your video entry; (ii) your video entry does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy, moral right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party; (iii) you have complied with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with the creation and submission of your video entry; and (iv) you have the full right, power, and authority to grant the rights set forth in these Official Rules without violating any agreement, obligation, or third-party right. For clarity, and as set forth in Section 6 of these Official Rules, your video entry must not contain any Third-Party IP. You acknowledge and agree that Sponsor has no obligation to investigate, verify, or confirm your ownership of or right to use any Third-Party IP contained in your video entry. Sponsor expressly disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for any unauthorized use of Third-Party IP by entrants. The inclusion of any Third-Party IP in your video entry without proper authorization may result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion, forfeiture of any prize, and other legal consequences.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (i) your breach of any representation or warranty set forth in these Official Rules; (ii) any claim that your video entry or any portion thereof infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy, moral right, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party; or (iii) your unauthorized use of any Third-Party IP (“Indemnification Claims“). This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of the Promotion and these Official Rules. Without waiving any rights under this section, Sponsor reserves the right, without your consent, to control the settlement and/or defense of any Indemnification Claims. You agree to provide Sponsor with any cooperation, assistance, and/or information requested by Sponsor in connection with Sponsor’s settlement or defense of any Indemnification Claims. You will not, without Sponsor’s prior written consent, enter into any settlement agreements in relation to any Indemnification Claims or make any statements or admissions or take any action that prejudices the settlement or defense of any Indemnification Claim.

Publicity: By submitting a video and entering the Promotion, you agree that Sponsor and its affiliates may use the video you submit for the Promotion, as well as your first name, nickname, DraftKings username, social media username, image, likeness, details related to your video, and/or your other personal characteristics (collectively, “Materials”) for use in Coverage on Channels. “Coverage” means coverage and details of video submissions and DraftKings’ editorial, commercial, promotional, marketing, and other activities (including, without limitation, advertising, publicity, and marketing activities). “Channels” means distribution channels, including, but not limited to, print and digital publications, websites, social media accounts, licensed foreign editions, television, and distribution partners (e.g., syndication). By submitting a video and entering the Promotion, you are aware of and consent to the creation by or on behalf of Sponsor and its affiliates of photographs, sound, audiovisual, marketing, promotional materials, and other materials and content incorporating the Materials and/or in connection with or related to your video submission (the “Work”). You hereby irrevocably grant Sponsor and its affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns, and third-party Channel partners a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to utilize, host, store, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, publish, display, perform, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your video submission and the Materials, in whole or in part, in any medium or format whatsoever now existing or hereafter created for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of DraftKings and/or its affiliates and their businesses, products, and services. You authorize Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, and each of their third-party Channel partners to edit, amend, abridge your video submission and the Work, and change any image, audio, video, testimonial, data, or other information captured or submitted. You waive any right that you may have to inspect and approve the finished product used or to which the Materials or video submission may be applied. Sponsor shall be the exclusive owner of all rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, to the Work, and you hereby irrevocably transfer, assign, and otherwise convey to Sponsor all right, title, and interest, in the event any, in and to your video submission and the Work and all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in your video submission and the Work arising in any jurisdiction throughout the world in perpetuity, including all registration, renewal, and reversion rights, and the right to sue to enforce such copyrights against infringers. By submitting a video and entering the Promotion, you understand and agree that you will not be entitled to any monetary or other consideration in connection with the Work, Materials, your video, or otherwise hereunder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering the Promotion, you hereby irrevocably waive all legal and equitable rights relating to, agree to forever release and discharge the Indemnified Parties from, all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to claims for copyright or trademark infringement, infringement of moral rights, libel, defamation, invasion of any rights of privacy or publicity, physical or emotional injury or distress, or any similar claim or cause of action in tort, contract, or any other legal theory, now known or hereafter known in any jurisdiction throughout the world, arising directly or indirectly from DraftKings’ use of the Materials, the Work, your video submission, or Sponsor’s exercise of its rights under these Official Rules, and whether resulting in whole or in part from the negligence of Sponsor or any other person.

Judging: Each video that meets the submission requirements set forth in these Official Rules will be scored by a three (3) judge panel based on the below rubric. An entry can receive up to five hundred fifty five (555) points. No partial points will be awarded. For purposes of the below rubric, “meaningful discussion” means a discussion that is accurate, specific, and either educational or personally relevant to the entrant. Judges will be competent adults with relevant experience in responsible engagement education, communications, content review, contest judging, or other areas of expertise as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Each judge must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest arising from an entrant or entry and may not score an entry where the conflict could reasonably affect impartiality, as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor may replace a judge or have another qualified judge score an entry in the event of a conflict, unavailability, or other circumstance arises that could affect the judging process.

Category 1: Discussion of DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tools and Resources (up to thirty (30) points): The score for this category is based on the number of eligible DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tools and Resources meaningfully discussed in the video.

0 points: no mention of DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tools and Resources;
10 points: meaningful mention of one (1) DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tool or Resource by name (i.e., My Stat Sheet) or a meaningful description of one (1) DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tool or Resource without name (i.e., budget tracking);
20 points: meaningful mention of two (2) DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tools or Resources by name or meaningful description of two (2) DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tools or Resources without name; and
30 points: meaningful mention of three (3) or more DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tools or Resources by name or meaningful description of three (3) or more DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tools or Resources without name.

Category 2: Discussion of Responsible Engagement Practices and Behaviors (up to thirty (30) points): The score for this category is based on the number of responsible engagement practices discussed in the video. Examples of responsible engagement practices include, but are not limited to, setting a budget, only wagering what you can afford to lose, taking breaks, avoiding chasing losses, treating wagering as entertainment, managing time spent engaging, balancing wagering with other activities, checking in on emotional state while engaging, ensuring your account is only accessed by you to prevent minors from accessing your account, and how you secure your account.

0 points: no mention of responsible engagement practices or behaviors;
10 points: meaningful discussion of one (1) responsible engagement practice or behavior;
20 points: meaningful discussion of two (2) responsible engagement practices or behaviors; and
30 points: meaningful discussion of three (3) or more responsible engagement practices or behaviors.

Category 3: Educational Elements (up to twenty-five (25) points):The score for this category is based on the number of the following educational elements meaningfully discussed in the video, with five (5) points awarded per element. The qualifying educational elements are:

Explaining why responsible engagement matters;
Explaining how DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tools and Resources help the entrant;
Explaining an example scenario involving the entrant’s own engagement in which the entrant utilized a DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tool or Resource;
Encouraging other customers to access and utilize DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tools and Resources; and
Explaining how customers can access DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tools and Resources.

Category 4: Addressing the Prompts (up to fifty (50) points): The score for this category is based on the number of the following prompts that are meaningfully addressed in the video, including specific example(s), details, a personal story, and demonstration of responsible engagement. Ten (10) points will be awarded for each prompt meaningfully addressed, up to a maximum of fifty (50) points. The prompts are:

How do you use the DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tools and Resources in My Budget and Controls? (for example only, My Stat Sheet, My Budget Builder, deposit limits, time limits, cool offs, and reminders)?

How do you set and stick to a budget?
What does responsible engagement with DraftKings mean to you personally?
Do you have any routines or habits that help you engage with DraftKings responsibly?
How do you decide when it’s time to take a break from DraftKings?
What advice would you give to someone new about engaging with DraftKings responsibly and keeping your engagement with DraftKings for fun?
How do you balance engaging on DraftKings with other hobbies or responsibilities?
Are there specific features or tools of DraftKings you’ve found especially helpful?

Category 5: Personal Story (up to fifty (50) points): The video includes a personal story that has each of the following factors included, with ten (10) points awarded for each factor included in the personal story:

The story describes the entrant’s wagering habits, goals, or approach to engagement;
The story describes a responsible engagement challenge or decision point the entrant encountered;
The story explains a specific action taken by the customer to engage responsibly;
The story describes how a DraftKings Responsible Engagement Tool or Resource supported the entrant; and
The story describes a lesson learned by the entrant or positive outcome from the experience.

For clarity, video submissions that do not meet all the requirements of these Official Rules will not be scored. Each judge will independently score each compliant video submission using the rubric set forth above. For purposes of determining the final score, the three (3) judges’ total scores will be added together, the resulting sum will be the entrant’s final score (“Final Score”). The entrant with the highest Final Score will be the winner of the Promotion. In the event two (2) or more entrants receive the same Final Score, the entrant with the higher total score for category 1 across all three (3) judges in the rubric will be the winner. In the event the tied entrants have the same score for category 1 of the rubric, the entrant with the higher total score for category 2 across all three (3) judges of the rubric will be the winner. This process will continue through category 5 of the rubric. In the event multiple entrants are still tied after applying the tie-breaker process, a qualified fourth judge will score the still tied entrant’s videos in accordance with the above rubric. The tied entry with the highest score from the fourth judge will be the winner. If a tie remains, the same category-by-category tie breaker will be applied to the fourth judge’s scores.

Sponsor may retain judge’s score sheets, completed rubrics, deliberative materials, tie-breaker analyses, and related communications as internal business records. These judging records are not available for inspection by entrants, except to the extent disclosure is required by applicable law.

Prizes: The winner of the Promotion will receive two (2) tickets to a regular season National Football League game (with an approximate retail value of one thousand dollars ($1,000)) (the “Prize”). The winner of the Promotion will choose the regular season National Football League game they want to attend, and the exact tickets to such game will be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.

Prize Restrictions: Prize winner is responsible for all travel costs and fees and for scheduling, coordinating, and booking all hotels, airfare, and ground transportation to and from airports and hotels in connection with the Prize. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for the Prize winner’s hotels, airfare, ground transportation or personal expenses. All expenses and incidental travel costs associated with the Prize and not expressly stated herein, including, without limitation, meals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, luggage fees, service charges or facility charges, room service, minibar, entertainment, personal charges, damage to hotel room, security fees, gratuities, taxes, and/or other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. The Prize winner is responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option, and hereby acknowledges that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. The Prize winner must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government-issued ID) required for travel. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions specified on the ticket, and the venue’s policies and rules. The Prize Winner and their guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to remove the Prize winner and/or their guest from the venue for failure to comply with venue rules, these Official Rules, or for engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

THE PRIZE WINNER REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT ATTENDING THE PRIZE EVENT IN PERSON IS WHOLLY VOLUNTARY, AND THAT THEY ARE FULLY AWARE OF THE HAZARDS, DANGERS, AND RISKS INVOLVED IN ATTENDING A LIVE SPORTING EVENT, INCLUDING SERIOUS INJURY, ILLNESS, AND DEATH. THE PRIZE WINNER ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES, AND FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH OTHER FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES THAT MAY IMPACT OR AFFECT THEIR SAFETY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE ACTIONS OF OTHER ATTENDEES, WEATHER CONDITIONS, EXPOSURE TO COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, AND OTHER POTENTIALLY RELATED HEALTH EFFECTS. THE PRIZE WINNER PARTICIPATES IN THE PRIZE AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, AND/OR ILLNESS, AND QUARANTINE AND TRAVEL-RELATED EXPENSES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ATTENDING THE PRIZE EVENT.

The Prize winner and their guest must follow all policies, instructions, and requirements of Sponsor, the venue, and any third parties while attending the Prize event. The Prize winner and their guest must follow all health and safety protocols put in place by Sponsor, the venue, or applicable authorities, which may include vaccination requirements, testing requirements, wearing masks, and social distancing. The Prize winner and their guest may additionally be required to sign an assumption of risk, liability waiver, or release in order to participate in or attend the Prize event. Sponsor may prohibit the Prize winner and their guest from participating in or attending the Prize event in the event the winner or guest is unable to comply with or violates any health, safety, or venue protocols. The Prize winner shall be responsible for all acts or omissions of their guest.

Sponsor has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to exclude or remove the Prize winner and/or their guest from participation in or attendance at the Prize event or deny admission to or remove any winners from any venues or spaces associated with the Prize. By participating in the Promotion and accepting the Prize, you agree not to bring any claims and hereby waive all claims that may now or hereafter arise against Sponsor and its affiliates, as it relates to Sponsor’s decisions under this Section.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash by the winner; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Promotion. In the event, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, prize winner(s) will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described in these Official Rules from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims in order to award the advertised number of prizes available. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

Selection of Winners: On or about November 16, 2026, Sponsor will determine the potential winner of the Promotion. Potential winners will be notified through the email account associated with the potential winner’s DraftKings account. In the event a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the next-highest-ranked eligible entrant will be selected as the alternate potential winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

DRAFTKINGS GENERAL RULES

Conflict Between Rules: These DraftKings General Rules apply to the Promotion offered by Sponsor except to the extent modified or superseded by the Official Rules. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules conflicts with any provision of the General Rules, the terms of the Official Rules shall prevail with respect to such matter. Sponsor reserves the right to interpret the rules of the Promotion in its sole discretion, and such interpretation shall be binding upon all participants.

Entry Restrictions: Any forms of entry other than those described in the Official Rules, including, without limitation, multiple submissions, submissions using a false identity, submissions made by/on behalf of another individual, or submissions made through the use of a device or artifice to generate multiple submissions are void. False or deceptive submissions or acts may render an entrant ineligible to participate in the Promotion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify from the Promotion any entrant who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, acts in a disruptive manner, or violates these General Rules or the Official Rules. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the DraftKings account associated with the entry. Sponsor reserves the right to require entrants to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Except for the rights expressly granted in the Official Rules, entrants retain ownership of their entries. Entrant is responsible for all online charges incurred with any Internet service provider and/or wireless carrier.

Selection of Winners: The potential winner(s) for the Promotion will be determined from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period based on the skill-based judging method set forth in the Official Rules. The potential winner(s) of the Promotion will be notified according to the Official Rules for the Promotion.

Winner Verification: Potential winner(s) are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these General Rules and the applicable Official Rules. Except where prohibited by law, potential prize winner(s) may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (“Affidavit”) within the time period set forth in Sponsor’s notification. In the event a potential prize winner: (i) cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted or a winner notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable; (ii) declines or cannot accept, receive, or use a prize for any reason; (iii) does not respond within any specified or applicable time periods; (iv) is found to be ineligible to enter the Promotion or receive a prize; (v) cannot or does not comply with these General Rules and/or the applicable Official Rules; or (vi) fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, such potential prize winner may be disqualified from the Promotion, and an alternate potential prize winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, even in the event the disqualified potential prize winner’s name has been publicly announced. In the event Sponsor decides to select an alternate potential prize winner, the alternate will be determined from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and notified according to the Official Rules for the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to repeat this process until an alternate potential prize winner complies with all eligibility and verification requirements. Sponsor also reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate prize winner, if any, in its sole discretion as reasonably necessary to complete the alternate-winner process.

POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER(S) ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. Prize Restrictions: Each prize will be awarded only in the event the potential prize winner fully complies with these General Rules and the applicable Official Rules. No transfer, refund, cash redemption, substitution, replacement, or cash equivalent for a prize will be made. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater value for any reason.

Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to a potential prize winner who is unable or unavailable to, or who does not for any reason, accept or utilize their prize. In the event of non-compliance with these General Rules or the Official Rules, or in the event a prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. A forfeited prize may be awarded to an alternate potential prize winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, pursuant to the Official Rules, and subject to verification. Taxes and fees associated with a prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Choice of Law and Disputes: The Promotion will be governed by the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with the Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Boston, Massachusetts; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney’s fees; (iii) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including without limitation, lost profits, may be awarded (collectively, “Special Damages”); and (iv) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be (i) acting in violation of these General Rules and/or the applicable Official Rules or (ii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

Sponsor reserves the right to amend these General Rules or the Official Rules at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these General Rules and the Official Rules for any changes. By participating in the Promotion or accepting a prize after we change these General Rules or the Official Rules, you accept all changes thereto. Any changes will be posted in the Official Rules.

Sponsor may reschedule, delay, postpone, alter, or modify the Promotion, or cancel the Promotion altogether, or make other changes reasonably necessary to address a Force Majeure Event, fraud, technical failure, or applicable law, in the event Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion cannot continue as contemplated. Without limiting the foregoing, in the event of a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), Sponsor may reschedule, delay, postpone, alter, or modify the Promotion, or may cancel the Promotion altogether. As used herein, “Force Majeure Event” means the interruption of or material interference with Sponsor’s ability to hold, execute, or administer the Promotion and/or to grant a prize by any cause or occurrence not within Sponsor’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, hurricane, terrorist threat or activity, public health emergency (e.g., COVID-19), act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, or any court or executive order. Entrants must at all times during the Sweepstakes abide by and satisfy all requirements in these Official Rules and the General Rules. Employees of Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, the judges, and members of each of their immediate families (i.e. spouses, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each of the foregoing are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: There is only one (1) method of entry for the Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must first visit the promotions page (the “Promos Page”) in the applicable DraftKings account and click “Opt In” for the Sweepstakes promotion. After opting in, you must set a budget in “My Budget” (within My Budget & Controls) via your DraftKings account during the Entry Period. For clarity, you must opt in via the Promos Page prior to setting a budget in “My Budget”in order to receive an entry for the Sweepstakes. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. In the event you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.

Limit: one (1) entry per person. Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed ineligible for the Sweepstakes, and all of their entries may be deemed void. Automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same DraftKings account. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the DraftKings account used to enter will be deemed to be the proper entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized DraftKings account holder.

Prizes and Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and the General Rules, one (1) winner of the Sweepstakes will two NFL regular season game tickets (the “Prize”) (particular seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (approximate retail value of each Prize is FIVE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($500)). Total Aggregate ARV of All Prizes: $1,000.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will not replace a prize in the event it is lost or stolen. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. The Prize is limited to those items specifically mentioned in the Prize description. The winner is responsible for all other costs that may be associated with the Prize, including, but not limited to, transportation to/from the event. Selection of Winner: On or around November 10, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified by Sponsor as soon as practicable. Sponsor will notify the potential winner via email to the email address associated with the DraftKings account used to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will coordinate transfer of tickets via Ticketmaster. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours, an alternate potential winner may be selected.

In the event that any provision of the Official Rules conflicts with any provision of the General Rules, the terms of the Official Rules shall prevail with respect to such matter. Sponsor reserves the right to interpret the rules of the Promotion in its sole discretion, and such interpretation shall be binding upon all participants.

2. Entry Restrictions: Any forms of entry other than those described in the Official Rules, including, without limitation, multiple submissions, submissions using a false identity, submissions made by/on behalf of another individual, or submissions made through the use of a device or artifice to generate multiple submissions are void. 7. Choice of Law and Disputes: The Promotion will be governed by the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
