- Acknowledgement: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these RedZone Bonus Bet Giveaway 10/13/24 Sweepstakes Official Rules (these “Official Rules”), the DraftKings General Rules (the “General Rules”), and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and you agree to fully and unconditionally waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the General Rules. The General Rules are attached as Exhibit A to these Official Rules and are incorporated herein by reference.
- Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM on October 13, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on October 13, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). Eastern Prevailing Time shall control for all purposes of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for all purposes of the Sweepstakes.
- Disclaimer: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree and acknowledge that X Corp. and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated corporations and entities (collectively, the “Social Media Platform”) are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes nor do they endorse or administer the Sweepstakes, nor are they in any way associated with the Sweepstakes. All questions regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not the Social Media Platform. You also agree that as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you shall release the Social Media Platform from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry, submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.
- Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the United States who, at the time of opt-in entry into the Sweepstakes (i) are physically located in a Participating State (ii) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age; (iii) have a valid public X (formerly known as Twitter) account; (iv) are not voluntarily or involuntarily excluded (including self-exclusion) from play on DraftKings; (v) are not included on any jurisdiction-wide gaming or daily fantasy sports exclusion list; (vi) are not temporarily or permanently banned from playing on any DraftKings website or mobile application; (vii) maintain any DraftKings accounts in good standing; (viii) satisfy all other requirements contained herein; and (ix) at all times abide by these Official Rules. Participating State(s), as first defined above, excludes any parish in Louisiana where a majority of the qualified electors in the parish voted against the proposition to authorize sports wagering activities. DraftKings reserves the right during the Entry Period to add additional Participating State(s), provided that in the event any such additional Participating State(s) are added, participants from such additional Participating State(s) shall be required to comply with these Official Rules. Employees of Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, the judges, and members of each of their immediate families (i.e. spouses, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each of the foregoing are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
- How to Enter: There is only one (1) method of entry for the Sweepstakes. You may enter by: 1) following @DKSportsbook account on X (formerly known as Twitter) and 2) liking the @DKSportsbook X post referencing the Sweepstakes (which will be posted by the @DKSportsbook X account on or around 9:00 AM on October 13, 2024).” Both steps must be completed for proper entry into the Sweepstakes. Any entry received outside of the Entry Period or that do not follow the preceding steps, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed ineligible. To become a registered user of X (formerly known as Twitter), visit www.twitter.com and follow the onscreen instructions to sign up for an account. Becoming a registered user of X is free. To “follow” @DKSportsbook on X, login to your X account and select “search” from the toolbar at the top of the homepage. When the search box appears, enter “@DKSportsbook” and click on the “search” button. Select “follow” when the @DKSportsbook icon appears. To “reply” to the @DKSportsbook post referencing the Sweepstakes, click the “balloon” button underneath the post and type your reply. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. In the event you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.
Limit: one (1) entry per person. Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter the Sweepstakes, violating the Social Media Platform’s terms of service or submitting multiple reposts or replies will be deemed ineligible for the Sweepstakes, and all of their entries may be deemed void. Automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, X account, or DraftKings account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses, or any other method will void all of such entrant’s entries, and such entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the entry process, including, without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or invalid entries, and Sponsor shall not have any obligation to advise an entrant of a late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or invalid submission or entry. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted. Proof of reposting and/or replying to the Sweepstakes post does not constitute proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the X account used to enter will be deemed to be the proper entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized X (formerly known as Twitter) account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified and ineligible to win.
- Prizes and Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and the General Rules, winners of the Sweepstakes will receive FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) Bonus Bet to be used on DraftKings Online Sportsbook (“Prize”) (approximate total retail value of FIVE THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ($5,000)). The number of Prizes for this Sweepstakes will be determined by the number of touchdowns made during the National Football League’s games on October 13, 2024 starting at the following times: 9:30 AM ET, 1:00 PM ET, 4:05 PM ET and 4:25 PM ET, up to a maximum of one hundred (100). For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum number of Prizes that will be awarded by Sponsor for this Sweepstakes is one hundred (100) Prizes (with a maximum approximate total retail value for all Prizes of five thousand U.S. Dollars ($5,000). In the event no touchdowns are made during the National Football League’s games on October 10, 2024, Sponsor will award one (1) Prize for this Sweepstakes. For clarity, each winner is entitled to one (1) fifty-dollar ($50) Bonus Bet only. The Prize will be delivered to the winner via one (1) bonus bet “token” deposited into the winner’s Online DraftKings Sportsbook account. Winner must have an Online DraftKings Sportsbook account to receive the Prize. In the event that the winner does not have an existing Online DraftKings Sportsbook account, the winner may create an Online DraftKings Sportsbook account at https://sportsbook.draftkings.com/sportsbook by clicking the “Join” button. Creating an Online DraftKings Sportsbook account is free. Each bonus bet is valid for seven (7) calendar days, and such seven (7) calendar day period is measured as one hundred sixty-eight (168) hours from the time the bonus bet is deposited by Sponsor into the winner’s Online DraftKings Sportsbook account. Failure by a winner to use their bonus bet before expiration will void the Prize. Awarded bonus bets are non-cashable, not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn. Bonus bets may only be wagered one (1) time. The bonus bet amount is not included in any returns or winnings. Winnings generated from the wagering of a bonus bet will be transferred to the winner’s cash balance of their Online DraftKings Sportsbook account, at which time such winnings may be withdrawn. By way of example, and for illustrative purposes only, in the event a ten-dollar ($10) bonus bet is placed on even odds and wins, only the profit of ten dollars ($10) will be credited to the winner’s Online DraftKings Sportsbook account. Bonus bets cannot be used with odds boosts, live bets, parlays, cash out bets, or other promotional bets at the discretion of Sponsor. The minimum odds for any bonus bet using the Prize are -300 (i.e., 1 to 3 odds, which, for clarity and as an example, under -300 odds, to win $10, a bettor would have to wager $30). For further clarity, -299 odds is permitted while -301 odds is not permitted. The maximum odds for any bonus bet using the Prize are +300 (i.e., 3 to 1 odds). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Sponsor is not liable for computer, internet, or program malfunctions, nor for errors in Prizes. Sponsor will not replace the Prize in the event it is lost or stolen. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. The winner may only use the bonus bet when physically located in a Participating State. The bonus bet is subject to the DraftKings Online Sportsbook Terms of Use for the applicable Participating State you are using the bonus bet in as well as the DraftKings Sportsbook Betting Agreement available at https://sportsbook.draftkings.com/help/general-betting-rules/general-rules. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.
- Selection of Winner: On or around October 7, 2024, Sponsor will randomly select the potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected for each Prize to be awarded as part of this Sweepstakes, the number of Prizes to be determined as set forth in Section 8. The potential winners will be notified by Sponsor as soon as practicable. Sponsor may notify the potential winners by direct message via X (formerly known as Twitter) to the account used to enter the Sweepstakes or via email registered with the winner’s Online DraftKings Sportsbook account. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within twelve (12) hours, an alternate potential winner may be selected.
