PROMOTION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Promotional offer is valid between 10/3/2025 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends 10/5/2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Players must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which DraftKings Pick6 operates (Most US states; select jurisdictions in Canada – see https://pick6.draftkings.com/where-is-pick6-available). Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, MA, VA). Void where prohibited. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion.
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) be a registered Pick6 customer; (2) be a DraftKings Discord member; and (3) link their DraftKings account to their Discord account.
HOW TO LINK DRAFTKINGS ACCOUNT TO DISCORD ACCOUNT
To link a DraftKings account to a Discord account, customers must (i) navigate to their DraftKings profile, (ii) select “Discord” from the list of profile settings displayed, (iii) on the following page click the “Link” button next to Discord, (iv) complete the Discord login information or create a Discord account to be linked, and (v) confirm the agreement to link accounts and information between DraftKings and Discord by clicking the “Authorize” button.
WINNINGS BOOST REDEMPTION
Upong completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive one (1) winnings boost token (the “Token”). The Token will boost gross winnings of a winning Qualifying Pick Set by up to 50%.
A winning Qualifying Pick Set is defined as a Pick Set that has a positive return. For example: Customer receives a 30% boost, submits a 3-pick Pick Set with a $10 entry fee. Pick Set results in 3/3 picks correct for a return of $30. The reward for this customer will be issued as $9 in cash ($30 gross winnings, 30% of $30 is $9), credited directly to their Pick6 account in addition to the winnings generated from their Qualifying Pick Set. Maximum reward of $250 cash. To receive the maximum reward, a customer must have $500 in gross winnings. Reward issued as cash.
PLAY REQUIREMENTS AND WINNINGS BOOST REWARD
Qualified customers must place a NFL Pick Set into a Pick6 contest (the “Qualifying Pick Set”). Maximum $5 Qualifying Pick Set. Qualifying Pick Set must be one (1) entry and must be entered into a NFL Pick6 contest locking during the Promotional Period only. This Promotion only applies to a customer’s first Qualifying Pick Set after opting in to this Promotion, which will be based on the time of entry, not which contest/lineup locks first.
This Promotion only applies to customers who directly receive the offer from DraftKings via the DraftKings Discord server. Customers who receive this offer via an email forward, screenshot, or other means shall not be eligible. Customers who fail to provide the exact DraftKings username shall not be eligible.
WINNINGS BOOST TOKEN LIMITATIONS
Winnings Boost Tokens are single-use and have no cash value. Boost reward issued as cash. Token must be applied BEFORE placing entry. Winnings boost is calculated on and only applies to gross winnings. Subject to any maximum entry limitations, there are no restrictions on the standard winnings a customer will receive if their entry wins. Winnings Boosts may not be combined with promotional Picks (e.g., Gimme Picks) or other bonus rewards and may not be eligible for use on all promotions and/or Pick6 contests. If your Pick Set contains 1 or less non-voided Picks, your Winnings Boost will be voided and, at DraftKings’ discretion, the Token will be reissued to you for future use. Token expires on 10/5/25 at the end of the final NFL game that day.
PICK & PICK SET RULES
A Pick Set is defined as your lineup of selected Picks used for entry into Pick6 contests. A Pick is defined as an athlete and your selection on whether the chosen athlete will have more or less than an associated statistical category. Minimum Picks required may vary by contest and jurisdiction. The maximum number of Picks allowed will vary by contest. The number of Picks and amount of athletes in a Pick Set also defines the contest type in which your Pick Set will be entered. Your Pick Set can only include athletes from the same Pick Group (defined as the set of picks available from a group of set games by sport), can only include athletes from the same sport (meaning you cannot create a Pick Set with both NFL and NBA athletes) and must contain Picks with athletes from at least two different real-world sports teams. Pick Sets cannot contain the same athlete associated with two different statistical categories. Entry fees must be placed using cash from your cash balance. Contest entry fees must be placed during the Promotional Period to be eligible.

By signing up for Discord, customers are subject to the Discord Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and other policies set forth by Discord. Discord is not under DraftKings’ control and DraftKings will not be responsible nor liable in any form for your use or the content therein. The services provided in connection with Discord and this Promotion do not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by DraftKings or Discord of any information or services provided by either party. In no event will DraftKings be responsible for your use of or inability to use Discord. Access to Discord is at your own risk, and you acknowledge and understand Discord and other partners may have terms and privacy policies that are different from DraftKings. DraftKings is not responsible for such provisions and expressly disclaim any liability for them.

Limit one (1) offer redemption per customer when offered. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings’s sole discretion. For cancellation of a customer’s entry into this promotion, which is subject to DraftKings Pick6 Terms of Use, please contact customer experience at support@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation of a customer’s entry, the customer may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Pick6 Terms of Use. However, any funds used to enter a contest on DraftKings Pick6 in connection with the promotion cannot be rescinded or canceled once it has been placed. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Pick6 Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. DraftKings customers are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, or federal taxes. DraftKings is not liable for computer or program malfunctions nor for errors in bonus rewards. DraftKings reserves the right to exclude certain customers from this promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward if there is reason to suspect that their actions are fraudulent or, at DraftKings’ sole and absolute discretion for any reason or no reason, it is determined that their actions are in violation of the DraftKings Pick6 Terms of Use, including but not limited to sharing account credentials with other individuals, placing contest entries on behalf of other individuals, circumventing DraftKings age and location verification procedures and abusing the DraftKings platform, the services, or any bonuses, the refer-a-friend program, or any other offers or promotions in any way. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings immediately forfeits any bonus rewards that have been awarded.
