PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY
 
Thank you for choosing to participate in the Dynasty offer (“Promotion”) being offered by DraftKings Dynasty. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by the Promotion Terms, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion. The promotional offer is valid between 8/4/2025 at 3:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 9/29/2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Members must be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and attained the appropriate age to participate in this Promotion.

Eligible Jurisdictions (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”):

-Daily Fantasy: Must be physically located in most US states, Canada. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, IA, LA (select parishes), MA, and VA). Paid contests not available while physically located in HI, ID, LA (select parishes), MT, NV, OR, or WA.

-Pick6: Must be physically located in AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CT, CO, DC, DE, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and select jurisdictions in Canada. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ AL/NE, 21+ AZ/MA/VA).

-Sportsbook: Must be physically located in AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, VA, WY, or WV. Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ in DC/KY/NH/WY).

-Casino: Must be physically located in CT, MI, NJ, PA, or WV. Must be 21+ years of age or older.

-DK Horse: Must be a resident of AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MT, NY, OR, OH, PA, VA, WA, WV, and WY. Must be 18+ years of age or older (21+ AZ/IA/WA).

-Golden Nugget Online Casino: Must be physically located in MI, NJ, PA or WV. Must be 21+ years of age or older.

-Jackpocket: Must be physically located in AZ, AR, CO, DC, ID, KS, ME, MA, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, or WV. Must be 18+ years of age or older. (19+ in NE, 21+ in AZ).

In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) be a registered DraftKings Dynasty customer with an active account; (2) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion; (3) be an Onyx or Diamond tier member with DraftKings Dynasty; and (4) if required, opt-in by clicking the appropriate link/button within the Promotional Period. Customers must be invited to receive this Promotion. Promotion is only valid for the intended recipient – customers who receive this offer via an email forward, screenshot, or other means shall not be eligible.

BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION

Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive one (1) single-use promo code to redeem a promotional subscription for NFL Sunday Ticket. Promo code will be delivered via the email associated with the customer’s DraftKings account, and via in-app carousel and notification. NFL Sunday Ticket eligibility is determined by Google (YouTube), as outlined below in BONUS REWARDS LIMITATIONS.

BONUS REWARDS LIMITATIONS

NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription: This Promotion offers a free, promotional Sunday NFL Ticket subscription for customers who have not already subscribed to NFL Sunday Ticket for the 2025-2026 season. Customers must have a Google account to redeem. Promotional subscription for NFL Sunday Ticket available only to Onyx and Diamond tier DraftKings Dynasty members who also meet Google’s NFL Sunday Ticket customer eligibility requirements (defined below). Offer not available to current NFL Sunday Ticket subscribers (i.e., those customers who hold an active NFL Sunday Ticket subscription purchased prior to this Promotion) and cannot be combined with other offers. Google reserves the right to make changes to or cancel this offer at any time. By redeeming this offer, customers agree that Google may share information with DraftKings about your NFL Sunday Ticket subscription status.

To redeem the promotional subscription, customers must present a valid form of payment upon redeeming their promotional subscription code. Customers will not be charged for their promotional subscription. Maximum one (1) promotional subscription redemption per customer. After promotional subscription ends, NFL Sunday Ticket subscription automatically renews for the 2026-2027 season and each season thereafter at the then-current price (currently $378/year or $31.50/month for returning YouTubeTV customers; or $480/year or $40/month for returning YouTube customers) until cancelled before your renewal date. Eligible customers are customers who are:

(a) New NFL Sunday Ticket subscribers who open a new account with Google; or
(b) Existing Google customers who do not have an active NFL Sunday Ticket subscription; or
(c) Existing Google customers who belong to a required Google loyalty tier as of a certain date, as determined by Google in its sole discretion.

Customers must also be a resident of one of the Eligible Jurisdictions, provide a valid form of payment upon redemption of the promotional subscription, and comply with Google’s applicable Terms of Use.

NFL Sunday Ticket offer must be redeemed by 10/5/2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Blackout restrictions apply. No refunds for partial seasons are available. Customers must redeem their subscription via their Google account. Customers will be prompted to enter their personal information, including payment information, on YouTube’s platform. At checkout, customer must use the promo code provided by DraftKings to receive their no-cost promotional subscription. Promo code is a unique, single-use and non-transferable code. No cash value. Lost codes will not be replaced. Not available in some U.S. territories and Canada. Commercial use excluded.

Subscription information and a promo code will be sent to customer via email within 72 business hours to redeem promotional subscription. Customers will also receive a link via on-site bell notification within their DraftKings app. Unredeemed code will expire and will not be reissued. Customers will use their link and unique promo code to redeem their subscription, and upon confirming customer details and payment information with YouTube, they will enter their promo code at checkout. Subscription will begin on the later of the time of redemption or 9/7/2025, andwill continue through the end of the final NFL game of the NFL regular season, scheduled for 1/4/2026. DraftKings’ sole responsibility is to provide the means of redeeming the promotional subscription.

Customers who redeem this offer are subject to the terms and conditions of the partner hosting the subscription. Partners are not under DraftKings’ control and DraftKings will not be responsible nor liable in any form for the bonus reward or for the content therein. Any other services provided in connection with this Promotion do not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by DraftKings of any information contained therein. In no event will DraftKings be responsible for your use of or inability to use such subscription. GENERAL TERMS

Limit one (1) redemption per customer. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings’s sole discretion. See DraftKings Dynasty Terms of Use for information and limitations. Each customer will be notified when they have received an award by an automatically triggered email if the customer successfully entered the promotion and completed the promotion requirements. Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Terms of Use, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at support@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Terms of Use. Any wager or entry fee placed on DraftKings in connection with the Promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. DraftKings reserves the right to exclude or remove certain customers from this Promotion, as well as the right to withhold bonus rewards if you have violated or attempted to violate the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Terms of Use, including but not limited to sharing account credentials with other individuals, placing wagers on behalf of other individuals, circumventing DraftKings age and location verification procedures, and abusing the DraftKings Platform, the Services, or any bonuses, the refer-a-friend program, or any other offers or promotions, including this Promotion, in any way.

If physically located in PA, this Promotion will comply with subsection §813.3 regarding cancellation in this Promotion by a customer. If in NY, if a customer is dissatisfied with any resolution between the customer and DraftKings, the customer may then submit an inquiry with the New York State Gaming Commission.
