PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY
The promotional offer is valid between 1/27/2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 3/10/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Members must be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and attained the appropriate age to participate in this Promotion.

-Golden Nugget Online Casino: Must be physically located in MI, NJ, PA or WV. Must be 21+ years of age or older.

In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) be a registered DraftKings Dynasty Bronze customer with an active account; (2) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion; and (3) click the appropriate link/button within the Promotional Period to opt in.
BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive the opportunity to claim a 7-night complimentary cruise for up to two (2) guests with Margaritaville at Sea (the “Bonus Reward”). Customers who click the offer link will be redirected to a secure page where they will enter their name, address, email, and phone number. No payment is required. This information is transferred to Margaritaville at Sea (“MVAS”) to facilitate the customer’s reservation upon booking. After filling out the information, customers will receive an email with booking instructions whereby they must call MVAS to select and book their cruise. Customers must redeem their Bonus Reward by June 30, 2026 and must sail by December 31, 2026. Offer redemptions are final. All reservation details and accommodations are handled by MVAS. Customers must call 1-877-806-7447 to book their reservation. Reservations must be made directly with MVAS to be eligible. MVAS controls all details of your reservation and reservation must be redeemed and booked through MVAS. Valid on select cruises only with the Sea Islander or Sea Paradise Line. Location restrictions may apply, see MVAS terms for details. Complimentary fare valid for up to two (2) guests only. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Reward redemption is final. Once a customer chooses to redeem their reward, the choice is final and no upgrades or changes are available. Reward is non-transferable, non-negotiable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or past purchases, must be redeemed by the expiration date set by MVAS and may be subject to expiration in accordance with MVAS’s terms. Each customer will be notified when they have received an award by (1) a bell notification (this is a notification that displays as a bell icon on the home page of the DraftKings app and website that can be clicked on to view short confirmation copy and terms) and/or (2) an automatically triggered email if the customer successfully entered the promotion and completed the promotion requirements. Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Terms of Use, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Terms of Use.
