NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW AND THE UNITED STATES. AT THE TIME OF ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU MUST: (i) BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN NY OR FL (THE “PARTICIPATING STATE(S)”); (ii) BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE; AND (iii) HAVE A VALID DRAFTKINGS ACCOUNT AND DISCORD ACCOUNT.
- Sweepstakes: DraftKings NY and FL DFS 12 Plays of the Holidays Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).
- Sponsor: DK Crown Holdings Inc., 222 Berkeley St., 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02116 (“Sponsor”).
- Acknowledgement: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these DraftKings NY and FL DFS 12 Plays of the Holidays Sweepstakes Official Rules (these “Official Rules”), the DraftKings General Rules (the “General Rules”), and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and you agree to fully and unconditionally waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the General Rules. The General Rules are attached as Exhibit A to these Official Rules and are incorporated herein by reference.
- Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 11:59 A.M. on December 15, 2024 and ends at 11:59: P.M. on December 26, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). Prevailing eastern time shall control for all purposes of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for all purposes of the Sweepstakes.
- Disclaimer: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree and acknowledge that Discord Inc. and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated corporations and entities (collectively, the “Social Media Platform”) are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes nor do they endorse or administer the Sweepstakes, nor are they in any way associated with the Sweepstakes. All questions regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not the Social Media Platform. You also agree that as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you shall release the Social Media Platform from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry, submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.
- Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the United States who, at the time of opt-in entry into the Sweepstakes: (i) are physically located in a Participating State; (ii) are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (iii) have a valid Discord account and DraftKings account; (iv) are not voluntarily or involuntarily excluded (including self-exclusion) from play on DraftKings; (v) are not included on any jurisdiction-wide gaming or daily fantasy sports exclusion list; (vi) are not temporarily or permanently banned from playing on any DraftKings website or mobile application; (vii) maintain any DraftKings accounts in good standing; (viii) satisfy all other requirements contained herein; and (ix) at all times abide by these Official Rules. Employees of Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, the judges, and members of each of their immediate families (i.e. spouses, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each of the foregoing are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
- How to Enter: There is only one (1) method of entry for the Sweepstakes. You must: (i) go to the #sweepstakes channel within the DraftKings Discord Server, click on the dyno form for the Sweepstakes, and complete the dyno form for the Sweepstakes, including entry of your DraftKings account username; and (ii) post to the #dfs-success-stories channel within the DraftKings Discord Server with at least one (1) sentence describing your favorite sports moment of 2024. Both steps must be completed to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Becoming a registered user of Discord is free. To become a registered user of Discord, visit www.discord.com, click on “Login”, then on the login page, click on “Register” and complete the onscreen instructions to sign up for an account. Becoming a member of the DraftKings Discord Server is free. To become a member of the DraftKings Discord Server, login to your Discord account and select “Explore Public Servers” from the toolbar on the left side of the homepage, enter “DraftKings” in the search bar, click on the DraftKings icon when it appears, and then on the top of the screen click on “Join This Server”. Any entry received outside of the Entry Period will be deemed ineligible. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. In the event you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.
Limit: one (1) entry per person. Anyone found to be using multiple Discord accounts to enter the Sweepstakes or violating the Social Media Platform’s terms of service may be deemed ineligible for the Sweepstakes, and all of their entries may be deemed void. Automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, DraftKings account, or Discord account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses, or any other method will void all of such entrant’s entries, and such entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the entry process, including, without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries, and Sponsor shall not have any obligation to advise an entrant of a late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or invalid submission or entry. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted. Proof of sending a message in the applicable DraftKings Discord channel does not constitute proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Discord account used to enter will be deemed to be the proper entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the Discord account associated with entry to the Sweepstakes. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive DraftKings account username will be disqualified and ineligible to win.
- Prizes and Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and the General Rules, ten (10) winners of the Sweepstakes will receive FIVE HUNDRED DK DOLLARS (DK $500) (“Prize”) (approximate total retail value of a Prize is FIVE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($500)). To receive the Prize, you must have a valid DraftKings account. Creating a DraftKings account is free. You may create a DraftKings account at www.draftkings.com by clicking the “Log In / Sign Up” button and completing the registration process.
DK Dollars are site credits that are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. DK Dollars are used prior to any cash in your balance. DK Dollars do not expire and must be played 1x prior to withdrawal of winnings. Just like if you paid your DFS entry fee in cash, your DK Dollars entry fee is not returned to your account. The Prize is subject to the DraftKings Terms of Use for the applicable DraftKings product you are using the DK Dollars in connection with. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Sponsor is not liable for computer, internet, or program malfunctions, nor for errors in Prizes. Sponsor will not replace the Prize in the event it is lost or stolen. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
- Selection of Winner: On or around December 27, 2024 Sponsor will randomly select ten (10) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winners will be notified by Sponsor by a Private Thread within the DraftKings Discord Server. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within twenty four (24) hours, an alternate potential winner may be selected.

No email answer pursuant to the foregoing may replace, amend, or otherwise change these Official Rules or the General Rules.
- Winner List: For any legally required winner list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (unless otherwise prohibited by local law) to DraftKings, 222 Berkeley St., 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02116, Attn.: DraftKings NY and FL DFS 12 Plays of the Holidays Sweepstakes Winners List. All such requests must be received within three (3) months after the end of the Entry Period.
