- Acknowledgement: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these DraftKings Discord Weekly Sportsbook Giveaway Sweepstakes – Week of March 16, 2026 Official Rules (these “Official Rules”), the DraftKings General Rules (“General Rules”), and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and you agree to fully and unconditionally waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the General Rules. The General Rules are attached as Exhibit A to these Official Rules and are incorporated herein by reference.
- Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 11:59:01 AM ET on March 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:01 PM ET on March 22, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Prevailing eastern time shall control for all purposes of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for all purposes of the Sweepstakes.
- Disclaimer: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree and acknowledge that Discord Inc. and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated corporations and entities (collectively, the “Social Media Platform”) are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes nor do they endorse or administer the Sweepstakes, nor are they in any way associated with the Sweepstakes. All questions regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not the Social Media Platform. You also agree that as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you shall release the Social Media Platform from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry, submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.
- Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes and winner selection: (i) are physically located in a Participating State; (ii) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age; (iii) have a valid Discord account; (iv) have a valid online DraftKings Sportsbook account; (v) are not voluntarily or involuntarily excluded (including self-exclusion) from play on any DraftKings platform; (vi) are not included on any jurisdiction-wide gaming or daily fantasy sports exclusion list; (vii) are not temporarily or permanently banned from playing on any DraftKings website or mobile application; (viii) maintain any DraftKings accounts in good standing; (ix) satisfy all other requirements contained herein; and (x) at all times abide by these Official Rules and the General Rules. Participating State(s), as first defined above, excludes any parish in Louisiana where a majority of the qualified electors in the parish have not voted for the proposition to authorize sports wagering activities. Sponsor reserves the right during the Entry Period to add or remove any Participating State(s) or jurisdictions, including specific parishes, from eligibility, provided that in the event any such additional Participating State(s) are added, participants from such additional Participating State(s) shall be required to comply with these Official Rules. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies, the judges, and members of each of their immediate families (i.e., spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each of the foregoing are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
- How To Enter: There is only one (1) method of entry for the Sweepstakes. During the Entry Period, you must enter by: 1) linking your online DraftKings Sportsbook account to your Discord account, and 2) sending a message in the #sweeps-entry channel in the DraftKings Discord server during the Entry Period. All two (2) steps must be completed for proper entry into the Sweepstakes. You must be a registered user of Discord and a member of the DraftKings Discord server. Becoming a registered user of Discord is free. To become a registered user of Discord, visit www.discord.com, click on “Login”, then on the login page, click on “Register” and complete the onscreen instructions to sign up for an account. Becoming a member of the DraftKings Discord Server is free. To become a member of the DraftKings Discord Server, login to your Discord account and select “Explore Public Servers” from the toolbar on the left side of the homepage, enter “DraftKings” in the search bar, click on the DraftKings icon when it appears, and then on the top of the screen click on “Join This Server”. To link an online DraftKings Sportsbook account to a Discord account, you must (i) navigate to your DraftKings profile, (ii) select “Discord” from the list of profile settings displayed, (iii) on the following page click the “Link” button next to Discord, (iv) complete the Discord login information or create a Discord account to be linked, and (v) confirm the agreement to link accounts and information between DraftKings and Discord by clicking the “Authorize” button. In the event that you do not have an existing online DraftKings Sportsbook account, you may create an online DraftKings Sportsbook account at https://sportsbook.draftkings.com/ by clicking the “Join” button. Creating an online DraftKings Sportsbook account is free. Any entry received outside of the Entry Period will be deemed ineligible. Normal internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. In the event you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.
Limit: one (1) entry per person. Anyone found to be using multiple Discord accounts or online DraftKings Sportsbook accounts to enter the Sweepstakes, violating the Social Media Platform’s terms of service, or submitting multiple replies may be deemed ineligible for the Sweepstakes, and all of their entries may be deemed void. Automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, online DraftKings Sportsbook account, or Discord account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses, or any other method will void all of such entrant’s entries, and such entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the entry process, including, without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or invalid entries, and Sponsor shall not have any obligation to advise an entrant of a late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or invalid submission or entry. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted. Proof of sending a message in the applicable DraftKings Discord channel or linking your DraftKings account and Discord account does not constitute proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Discord account used to enter will be deemed to be the proper entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, internet service provider or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized Discord account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified and ineligible to win.
- Prizes and Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and the General Rules, one hundred (100) winners of the Sweepstakes will each receive one (1) TEN U.S. DOLLAR ($10) Bonus Bet to be used on the Online DraftKings Sportsbook (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”).

Prize Restrictions: The Prize will be delivered to each winner via one (1) Bonus Bet “token” deposited into the winner’s online DraftKings Sportsbook account. Each winner must have an online DraftKings Sportsbook account to receive the Prize. For clarity, the Bonus Bet is only valid for a single bet of TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10). Bonus Bets are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. The Bonus Bet is valid for seven (7) calendar days, and such seven (7) calendar day period is measured as one hundred sixty-eight (168) hours from the time the Bonus Bet is credited to the winner’s online DraftKings Sportsbook account. Winner(s) can choose when to use Bonus Bets and must select the Bonus Bet in their bet slip before placing a wager. Failure by a winner to use their Bonus Bet before expiration will void the Prize. Payouts generated from the wagering of a Bonus Bet will be transferred to the winner’s cash balance of their online DraftKings Sportsbook account, and do not include the Bonus Bet stake. By way of example and for illustrative purposes only, in the event one (1) TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10) Bonus Bet is placed at +100 odds and wins, only the profit of TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10) will be credited to the winner’s online DraftKings Sportsbook account. Bonus Bets may not be combined with other bonus rewards and may not be eligible for use on all promotions and/or betting markets. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Sponsor is not liable for computer, internet, or program malfunctions, nor for errors in a Prize. Sponsor will not replace a Prize in the event it is lost or stolen. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. The winner may only use the Bonus Bet when physically located in a Participating State. The Bonus Bet is subject to the online DraftKings Sportsbook Terms of Use for the applicable Participating State in which you are using the Bonus Bet in as well as the DraftKings Sportsbook Betting Agreement available at https://sportsbook.draftkings.com/help/general-betting-rules/general-rules. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.
- Selection of Winner(s): On or about March 23, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select the potential winner(s) from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner(s) will be notified by Sponsor within a reasonable period of time after the drawing. Sponsor will notify the potential winner(s) by a private thread within the DraftKings Discord Server. Potential winners may be required to verify identity and respond with their online DraftKings Sportsbook account information to claim the Prize. A valid online DraftKings Sportsbook account is required to receive the Prize. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within twelve (12) hours, an alternate potential winner may be selected.

All such requests must be received within three (3) months after the end of the Entry Period.
