- Acknowledgement: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these DraftKings Big Cat and Biz $100 Bonus Bet Giveaway Sweepstakes Official Rules (these “Official Rules”), the DraftKings General Rules (the “General Rules”), and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and you agree to fully and unconditionally waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the General Rules. The General Rules are attached as Exhibit A to these Official Rules and are incorporated herein by reference.
- Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 AM ET on January 9, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 10, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Eastern Prevailing Time shall control for all purposes of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for all purposes of the Sweepstakes.
- Disclaimer: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree and acknowledge that X Corp. and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated corporations and entities (collectively, the “Social Media Platform”) are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes nor do they endorse or administer the Sweepstakes, nor are they in any way associated with the Sweepstakes. All questions regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not the Social Media Platform. You also agree that as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you shall release the Social Media Platform from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry, submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.
- Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the United States who, at the time of opt-in entry into the Sweepstakes (i) are physically located in a Participating State; (ii) are at least twenty one (21) years of age; (iii) have a valid X (formerly known as Twitter) account; (iv) are not voluntarily (i.e., self-exclusion) or involuntarily excluded from play on DraftKings platforms; (v) are not included on any jurisdiction-wide gaming or daily fantasy sports exclusion list; (vi) are not temporarily or permanently banned from playing on any DraftKings website or mobile application; (vii) maintain any DraftKings accounts in good standing; (viii) satisfy all other requirements contained herein; and (ix) at all times abide by these Official Rules. Participating State(s), as first defined above, excludes any parish in Louisiana where a majority of the qualified electors in the parish voted against the proposition to authorize sports wagering activities. Sponsor reserves the right during the Entry Period to add additional Participating State(s), provided that in the event any such additional Participating State(s) are added, participants from such additional Participating State(s) shall be required to comply with these Official Rules. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, and members of each of the foregoing’s immediate families (i.e., spouses, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each of the foregoing are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
- How to Enter: There are only two (2) methods of entry for the Sweepstakes, which are as follows:
- X (formerly known as Twitter) Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes via X (formerly known as Twitter), you must: (i) “follow” the @BarstoolBigCat X (formerly known as Twitter) account and/or @BizNasty2Point0 X (formerly known as Twitter) account; and (ii) “reply” to the @BarstoolBigCat X (formerly known as Twitter) account and/or @BizNasty2Point0 X (formerly known as Twitter) account post specified as the Sweepstakes post, which will be posted on or around 10:00:00 AM ET on January 9, 2025, with a picture of an online DraftKings Sportsbook bet slip evidencing a bet was placed with respect to the game(s) specified in the Sweepstakes post. Any entry received outside of the Entry Period will be deemed ineligible. In the event you do not have an existing X (formerly known as Twitter) account, you can create one for free. To create a X (formerly known as Twitter) account, visit www.twitter.com and complete the onscreen instructions to sign up for an account. To “follow” @BarstoolBigCat on X (formerly known as Twitter), login to your X (formerly known as Twitter) account and select “search” from the tool bar at the top of the home page. When the search box appears, enter “@BarstoolBigCat” and then click on the “Search” button. Select “Follow” when the @BarstoolBigCat icon appears. To “follow” @BizNasty2Point0 on X (formerly known as Twitter), login to your X (formerly known as Twitter) account and select “search” from the tool bar at the top of the home page. When the search box appears, enter “@BizNasty2Point0” and then click on the “Search” button. Select “Follow” when the @BizNasty2Point0 icon appears. To “reply” to the @BarstoolBigCat or @BizNasty2Point0 post specified as the Sweepstakes post, navigate to the specific post and click the “speech bubble” icon underneath the post.
- Email Method of Entry: To enter by the Sweepstakes by email, send an email containing your name, home address (P.O. boxes are not permitted), online DraftKings Sportsbook account username (to the extent you have an online DraftKings Sportsbook account at the time of opt-in entry into the Sweepstakes), and the email address associated with your online DraftKings Sportsbook account (to the extent you have one at the time of opt-in entry into the Sweepstakes), to giveaway@draftkings.com. Failure to comply will result in disqualification of the non-compliant entry. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. Each compliant and successfully emailed request equals one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. In the event you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.
For the “X (formerly known as Twitter) Method of Entry” described above, there are an unlimited number of entries per person, provided that each post contains a different bet slip. By way of example and for illustrative purposes only, two (2) posts containing the same bet slip will only constitute one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. For the “Email Method of Entry” described above, there are an unlimited number of entries per person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Each entrant will only be eligible to win the Prize once.
Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter the Sweepstakes, violating the Social Media Platform’s terms of service, or submitting multiple comments will be deemed ineligible for the Sweepstakes, and all of their entries may be deemed void. Automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address and/or X (formerly known as Twitter) account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses, or any other method will void all of such entrant’s entries, and such entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the entry process, including, without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or invalid entries, and Sponsor shall not have any obligation to advise an entrant of a late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or invalid submission or entry. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted. Proof of “replying” to the Sweepstakes post does not constitute proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the X (formerly known as Twitter) account used to enter will be deemed to be the proper entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized X (formerly known as Twitter) account holder.
- Prize and Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received to-date during the Entry Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and the General Rules, ten (10) winners of the Sweepstakes will receive one (1) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLAR ($100) bonus bet to be used on the online DraftKings Sportsbook (the “Prize”).

Total Maximum Aggregate ARV of the Prizes: $1,000
The winner must have a valid online DraftKings Sportsbook account in good standing to receive the Prize. In the event that the winner does not have an existing online DraftKings Sportsbook account, such winner may create an online DraftKings Sportsbook account at https://sportsbook.draftkings.com/sportsbook by clicking the “Join” button. Creating an online DraftKings Sportsbook account is free. The Prize will be delivered to the winner via one (1) bonus bet “token” deposited into the winner’s online DraftKings Sportsbook account. The bonus bet is only valid for a single bet of ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). The bonus bet is valid for seven (7) calendar days, and such seven (7) calendar day period is measured as one hundred sixty-eight (168) hours from the time the bonus bet is deposited by Sponsor into the winner’s online DraftKings Sportsbook account. Failure by the winner to use their bonus bet before expiration will void the Prize. Awarded bonus bets are non-cashable, not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn. Bonus bets may only be wagered one (1) time. The bonus bet amount is not included in any returns or winnings. Winnings generated from the wagering of a bonus bet will be transferred to the winner’s cash balance of their online DraftKings Sportsbook account, at which time such winnings may be withdrawn. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not liable for computer, Internet, or program malfunctions, nor for errors in a prize. Sponsor will not replace a prize in the event it is lost or stolen. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.
- Selection of Winners: On or about January 11, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select ten (10) potential winners of the Prize among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winners will be notified by Sponsor as soon as practicable. Sponsor will notify the potential winners by direct message via X (formerly known as Twitter) to the account used by the applicable potential winner to enter the Sweepstakes. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within two (2) hours, an alternate potential winner may be selected.

- Winners List: For any legally required winner list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (unless otherwise prohibited by local law) to DraftKings, 222 Berkeley St., 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02116, Attn.: DraftKings Big Cat and Biz $100 Bonus Bet Giveaway Sweepstakes Winners List. All such requests must be received within three (3) months after the end of the Entry Period.
