PROMOTION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Promotional offer is valid between 9/26/2025 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends 9/28/2025 at 11:00 PM ET or until supplies are exhausted (the “Promotional Period”). Players must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which DraftKings Pick6 operates (Most US states; select jurisdictions in Canada – see https://pick6.draftkings.com/where-is-pick6-available). Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, MA, VA). Void where prohibited. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. New DraftKings Discord members only.
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) be a registered Pick6 customer; (2) be a DraftKings Discord member; and (3) link their DraftKings account to their Discord account to receive reward.
HOW TO LINK DRAFTKINGS ACCOUNT TO DISCORD ACCOUNT
To link a DraftKings account to a Discord account, customers must (i) navigate to their DraftKings profile, (ii) select “Discord” from the list of profile settings displayed, (iii) on the following page click the “Link” button next to Discord, (iv) complete the Discord login information or create a Discord account to be linked, and (v) confirm the agreement to link accounts and information between DraftKings and Discord by clicking the “Authorize” button.
BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive one (1) No Stress Token. Maximum one (1) No Stress Token rewarded per customer. No Stress Tokens will be issued to qualified customers’ account within 72 business hours.
There is a limit of 10,000 Tokens available for this Promotion. Once supplies are exhausted, the Promotion will end.
NO STRESS TOKEN LIMITATIONS
No Stress Token valid only for NFL Pick Sets for games occurring on Sunday 9/28 (“Qualifying Pick Set.”)
Pick Set must lose for customers to receive a bonus reward, meaning the Qualifying Pick Set must generate a Net Negative Return. A Net Negative Return is defined as the amount of your Pick Set winnings less the amount of your Pick Set entry fees and it must result in a number less than $0. For example, if a customer’s Pick Set qualifying entry fees were $100 and the Pick Set resulted in $50 in qualifying entry winnings, you would subtract the $100 in qualifying entry fees from the $50 in qualifying entry winnings and that equals a Net Negative return of $50, resulting in $50 reward in Pick6 Credits. If the Net Negative Return is greater than or equal to $0, you will not receive any reward.
The maximum reward associated with this promotion is up to $10, determined by the amount of the Net Negative Return as defined above. Bonus reward issued as Pick6 Credits.
No Stress Tokens are single-use, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. Must meet Qualifying Pick Set criteria and select token BEFORE placing Qualifying Pick Set. Token only applies to Qualifying Pick Set. Reward issued only if Qualifying Pick Set loses after applying Token. Reward issued as Pick6 Credits based on the amount of losing Qualifying Pick Set, up to a maximum of $10. No Stress Tokens may not be combined with other bonus rewards and may not be eligible for use on all promotions and/or Pick6 contests. Tokens expire on 9/7 at the end of the last eligible NFL game.
PICK6 CREDIT REWARD LIMITATIONS
Pick6 Credits are site credits that have no cash value, are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, non-refundable; and must be played-through 1x before any winnings earned from Pick6 Credits can be withdrawn. Entry fees are not included in winnings. If your contest entry with Pick6 Credits wins, only the winnings will be transferred to your cash balance at which time they may be withdrawn. For example, if a contest is entered with $1 in Pick6 Credit and wins $15, only the winnings of $15 will be credited to the customer’s wallet, not the underlying $1 Pick6 Credit. There are no restrictions or play-through requirements on winnings earned from Pick6 Credits. Pick6 Credits cannot be combined with any additional DraftKings site credits. Pick6 Credits are used before any cash or DK Dollars in your balance. AWARDED PICK6 CREDITS FROM THIS PROMOTION EXPIRE 14 DAYS (336 HOURS) AFTER BEING ISSUED. Pick6 Credits are only valid for use in Pick6 contests. If a customer has received multiple Pick6 Credit rewards, the Pick6 Credits that expire first will be used first. Failure to use Pick6 Credits before expiration will void the reward.
PICK & PICK SET RULES
Customers who fail to meet the specific Qualifying Pick Set criteria will not be eligible for a reward issued by this Promotion. A Pick Set is defined as your lineup of selected Picks used for entry into Pick6 contests. A Pick is defined as an athlete and your selection on whether the chosen athlete will have more or less than an associated statistical category. Minimum Picks required may vary by contest and jurisdiction. The maximum number of Picks allowed will vary by contest. The number of Picks and amount of athletes in a Pick Set also defines the contest type in which your Pick Set will be entered. Your Pick Set can only include athletes from the same Pick Group (defined as the set of picks available from a group of set games by sport), can only include athletes from the same sport (meaning, for example, you cannot create a Pick Set with both NFL and NBA athletes) and must contain Picks with athletes from at least two different real-world sports teams. Pick Sets cannot contain the same athlete associated with two different statistical categories.

By signing up for Discord, customers are subject to the Discord Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and other policies set forth by Discord. Discord is not under DraftKings’ control and DraftKings will not be responsible nor liable in any form for your use or the content therein. The services provided in connection with Discord and this Promotion do not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by DraftKings or Discord of any information or services provided by either party. In no event will DraftKings be responsible for your use of or inability to use Discord. Access to Discord is at your own risk, and you acknowledge and understand Discord and other partners may have terms and privacy policies that are different from DraftKings. DraftKings is not responsible for such provisions and expressly disclaim any liability for them.

Upon cancellation of a customer’s entry, the customer may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Pick6 Terms of Use. However, any funds used to enter a contest on DraftKings Pick6 in connection with the promotion cannot be rescinded or canceled once it has been placed. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Pick6 Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
