PROMOTION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Promotional offer is valid between 5/9/2025 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends 5/23/2025 at 11:59 AM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports or Pick6 products operate.
-Daily Fantasy: Must be physically located in most US states, Canada. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, IA, LA (select parishes), and MA). Paid contests not available while physically located in HI, ID, LA (select parishes), MT, NV, OR, or WA.
-Pick6: Must be physically located in AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CT, CO, DC, DE, GA, IL, IN, MA, ME, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and select jurisdictions in Canada. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ AL/NE, 21+ AZ/MA).
Void where prohibited. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion.
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) have a valid DraftKings account; (2) be a DraftKings Discord member; and (3) link their DraftKings account to their Discord account to receive a reward.
HOW TO LINK DFS ACCOUNT TO DISCORD ACCOUNT
To link a DraftKings account to a Discord account, customers must (i) navigate to their DraftKings profile, (ii) select “Discord” from the list of profile settings displayed, (iii) on the following page click the “Link” button next to Discord, (iv) complete the Discord login information or create a Discord account to be linked, and (v) confirm the agreement to link accounts and information between DraftKings and Discord by clicking the “Authorize” button.
BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will be eligible to receive an equal share of $50,000 in DK Dollars. Reward amount will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, if 7,000 customers link their accounts, each of those 7,000 customers would receive $7 in DK Dollars (50,000/7,000 = 7.14, or rounded down, 7). Reward will be issued within 48 business hours of the end of the Promotional Period.
BONUS REWARD LIMITATIONS
DK Dollars are site credits that are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. DK Dollars are used prior to any cash in your balance. DK Dollars do not expire and must be played 1x prior to withdrawal of winnings. Just like if you paid your DFS entry fee in cash, your DK Dollars entry fee is not returned to your account.
