PROMOTION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Promotional offer is valid between XX/XX/202X at XX:XX AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends XX/XX/202X at XX:XX PM ET or until supplies are exhausted (the “Promotional Period”). Players must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which DraftKings Pick6 operates (Most US states; select jurisdictions in Canada – see https://pick6.draftkings.com/where-is-pick6-available). Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, MA, VA). Void where prohibited. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. New DraftKings Discord members only.
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) be a registered Pick6 customer; (2) be a DraftKings Discord member; and (3) link their DraftKings account to their Discord account for the first time to receive reward.
HOW TO LINK DRAFTKINGS ACCOUNT TO DISCORD ACCOUNT
To link a DraftKings account to a Discord account, customers must (i) navigate to their DraftKings profile, (ii) select “Discord” from the list of profile settings displayed, (iii) on the following page click the “Link” button next to Discord, (iv) complete the Discord login information or create a Discord account to be linked, and (v) confirm the agreement to link accounts and information between DraftKings and Discord by clicking the “Authorize” button.
BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive one (1) $XX Bonus Pick. Maximum one (1) $XX Bonus Pick rewarded per customer. Bonus Picks will be issued to qualified customers’ account within 72 business hours.
There is a limit of XX,XXX $XX Bonus Picks available for this Promotion. Once supplies are exhausted, the Promotion will end.
BONUS PICK LIMITATIONS
Pick6 Bonus Picks are site credits that have no cash value, are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, non-refundable. Customers can choose when to use Bonus Picks and must select their Bonus Pick BEFORE placing their entry. Entry fees are not included in winnings. If your contest entry with Bonus Picks wins, only the winnings will be transferred to your cash balance at which time they may be withdrawn. For example, if a contest is entered with a $10 Bonus Pick and wins $15, only the winnings of $15 will be credited to the customer’s wallet, not the underlying $10 Bonus Pick. There are no restrictions or play-through requirements on winnings earned from Bonus Picks. AWARDED PICK6 BONUS PICKS FROM THIS PROMOTION EXPIRE 7 DAYS (168 HOURS) AFTER BEING ISSUED. Failure to use Bonus Picks before expiration will void the reward. Bonus Pick are only valid for use in Pick6 contests. Bonus Picks may not be combined with other bonus rewards and may not be eligible for use on all promotions or Pick6 contests.

The services provided in connection with Discord and this Promotion do not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by DraftKings or Discord of any information or services provided by either party. In no event will DraftKings be responsible for your use of or inability to use Discord. Access to Discord is at your own risk, and you acknowledge and understand Discord and other partners may have terms and privacy policies that are different from DraftKings. DraftKings is not responsible for such provisions and expressly disclaim any liability for them.

Upon cancellation of a customer’s entry, the customer may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Pick6 Terms of Use. However, any funds used to enter a contest on DraftKings Pick6 in connection with the promotion cannot be rescinded or canceled once it has been placed. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Pick6 Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. DraftKings customers are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, or federal taxes. DraftKings is not liable for computer or program malfunctions nor for errors in bonus rewards. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings immediately forfeits any bonus rewards that have been awarded.
