1. Sweepstakes: 03/27/25 DraftKings Baseball Grid P6 Credit Sweepstakes MLB Opening Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).  

2. Sponsor: DK Crown Holdings Inc., 222 Berkeley St., 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02116 (“Sponsor”). 

3. Acknowledgement: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these 03/27/25 DraftKings Baseball Grid P6 Credit Sweepstakes MLB Opening Day Sweepstakes Official Rules (“Official Rules”), the DraftKings General Rules (“General Rules”), and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and you agree to fully and unconditionally waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the General Rules. The General Rules are attached as Exhibit A to these Official Rules and are incorporated herein by reference. 

4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 3:05 PM on March 27, 2025 and ends at 11:59:01 PM on March 27, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). All references to time of day contained in these Official Rules refer to Eastern Prevailing Time. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for all purposes of the Sweepstakes. 

5. Disclaimer: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree and acknowledge that Discord Inc. and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated corporations and entities (collectively, the “Social Media Platform”) are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes nor do they endorse or administer the Sweepstakes, nor are they in any way associated with the Sweepstakes. All questions regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not the Social Media Platform. You also agree that as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you shall release the Social Media Platform from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry, submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry. 

6. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes and winner selection: (i) are physically located in a Participating State; (ii) are at least eighteen (18) years of age, except for individuals physically located in the states of Alabama or Nebraska, in which case individuals must be at least nineteen (19) years of age, and except for individuals physically located in the states of Arizona or Massachusetts, in which case individuals must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; (iii) have a valid Discord account; (iv) have a valid Online DraftKings Pick6 account; (v) are not voluntarily (i.e., self-exclusion) or involuntarily excluded from play on any DraftKings platforms at either time of entry or winner selection; (vi) are not included on any jurisdiction-wide gaming or daily fantasy sports exclusion list; (vii) are not temporarily or permanently banned from playing on any DraftKings website or mobile application at either time of entry or winner selection; and (viii) maintain any other DraftKings accounts in good standing at both the time of entry and winner selection. You must at all times during the Sweepstakes abide by and satisfy all requirements in these Official Rules and the General Rules. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s affiliates, agents, and advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies, and members of each of the preceding’s immediate families (i.e., spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. 

7. How To Enter: There is only one (1) method of entry for the Sweepstakes. During the Entry Period, you must (i) click on the bot for the Sweepstakes within the DraftKings Discord Server and complete the giveaway form for the Sweepstakes at https://dyno.gg/form/e46a9bd3, including entry of your Online DraftKings Pick6 account username and the email address associated with your Online DraftKings Pick6 account and (ii) you must send a message in the #baseball channel in the DraftKings Discord Server. You must be a registered user of Discord and a member of the DraftKings Discord Server. Becoming a registered user of Discord is free. To become a registered user of Discord, visit www.discord.com, click on “Login”, then on the login page, click on “Register” and complete the onscreen instructions to sign up for an account. Becoming a member of the DraftKings Discord Server is free. To become a member of the DraftKings Discord Server, login to your Discord account and select “Explore Public Servers” from the toolbar on the left side of the homepage, enter “DraftKings” in the search bar, click on the DraftKings icon when it appears, and then on the top of the screen click on “Join This Server”. Creating an Online DraftKings Pick6 account is free. You may create an online DraftKings Pick6 account at https://pick6.draftkings.com/ by clicking the “Log In / Sign Up” button and completing the registration process. Or Any entry received outside of the Entry Period will be deemed ineligible. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. In the event you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. 

Limit: one (1) entry per person. Anyone found to be using multiple Discord accounts or Online DraftKings Pick6 accounts to enter the Sweepstakes or violating the Social Media Platform’s terms of service may be deemed ineligible for the Sweepstakes, and all of their entries may be deemed void. Automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, Online DraftKings Pick6 account, or Discord account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses, or any other method will void all of such entrant’s entries, and such entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the entry process, including, without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries, and Sponsor shall not have any obligation to advise an entrant of a late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or invalid submission or entry. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted. Proof of making a comment in the applicable DraftKings Discord channel does not constitute proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the Discord account used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the proper entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized Discord account holder. 

8. Prize and Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period and the number of Game Moments (as defined in Section 9 below) that occur in MLB Opening Day on March 27, 2025. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and the General Rules, winners of the Sweepstakes will receive one hundred (100) dollars in Pick6 credits to be used on the online DraftKings Pick6 platform (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of a Prize is one hundred U.S. Dollars ($100)). To receive the Prize, you must have a valid Online DraftKings Pick6 account. 

Total Aggregate ARV of the Prizes up to: $5,000.00  

Prize Restrictions: The Prize will be delivered to each winner’s Online DraftKings Pick6 account. Awarded Pick6 credits are site credits that have no cash value; are non-cashable; non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and non-refundable; and must be played-through 1x before any related winnings earned from Pick6 credits can be withdrawn. Entry fees are not included in any returns or winnings. In the event your contest entry with Pick6 credits wins, only the winnings will be transferred to your cash balance at which time they may be withdrawn. As an example only, in the event a contest is entered with one (1) dollar in Pick6 credits and wins Fifteen U.S. Dollars ($15.00), only the winnings of Fifteen U.S. Dollars ($15.00) will be credited to the customer’s wallet, not the underlying one (1) dollar Pick6 credit. There are no restrictions or play-through requirements on cash winnings earned from Pick6 credits. Pick6 credits cannot be combined with any additional DraftKings site credit. Pick6 credits are used before any cash or DK Dollars in your balance. Awarded Pick6 credits from this Sweepstakes expire seven (7) days (168 hours) after being issued. For the avoidance of doubt, the one hundred sixty eight (168) hours are measured as approximately seven (7) days from the time the Pick6 credits are deposited into your wallet. Failure to use the Pick6 credits before expiration will void the reward. Pick6 credits are only valid for use in Pick6 contests. In the event you have been awarded Pick6 credits from other promotions and offers, the Pick6 credits that expire first will be used prior to other Pick6 credits in your rewards balance. To use the Prize, you must be physically located in a Participating State and be at least eighteen (18) years of age, except for individuals physically located in the states of Alabama or Nebraska, in which case individuals must be at least nineteen (19) years of age, and except for individuals physically located in the states of Arizona or Massachusetts, in which case individuals must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Additional eligibility restrictions may apply. Pick6 credits are subject to the DraftKings Pick6 Terms of Use available at https://myaccount.draftkings.com/documents/us-psx-terms-of-use?intendedSiteExp=US-PSX. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not liable for computer, Internet, or program malfunctions, nor for errors in the Prize. Sponsor will not replace the Prize in the event it is lost or stolen. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. 

9. Selection of Winner(s): On or about March 28, 2025 Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner(s) from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The number of winners for the Sweepstakes will be determined by the number of Game Moments that occur in the MLB Opening Day on March 27, 2025. The “Game Moments” are: 

• Los Angeles Dodgers No. 17 (Shohei Ohtani) to record 1 or more Hits 

• Los Angeles Dodgers No. 50 (Mookie Betts) to record 1or more Stolen Bases 

• New York Mets No. 22 (Juan Soto) to Hit a Home Run 

• Philadelphia Phillies No. 45 (Zack Wheeler) more than 4 Strikeouts Thrown 

• New York Mets No. 99 (Aaron Judge ) and New York Mets No. 35 (Cody Bellinger) to combine for more than 4 Total Bases 

• Philadelphia Phillies No. 3 (Bryce Harper) to Hit a Home Run 

• Boston Red Sox No. 2 (Alex Bregman) more than 2 Total Bases 

• Philadelphia Phillies No. 7 (Trea Turner) to record 1 or more Stolen Bases 

• Baltimore Orioles No. 2 (Gunnar Henderson) and Toronto Blue Jays  No. 27 (Vladimir Guererro) Jr. to combine for more than 4 Total Bases

• San Diego Padres No. 4 (Luis Arraez), KAS No. 7 (Bobby Witt Jr) and Cleveland Indians No. 11 (Jose Ramirez) to combine for more than 2 Hits 

• Atlanta Braves No. 1 (Ozzie Albies), Atlanta Braves No. 28 (Matt Olson) or Atlanta Braves No. 20 (Marcell Ozuna) to Record 1 or more HRs 

• New York Mets No. 12 (Franscico Lindor) and Los Angeles Dodgers. 5 (Freddie Freeman) to combine for 1 or more Hits 

• New York Yankees No. 99 (Aaron Judge) to Record a HR 

• Miami Marlins No. 22 (Sandy Alcantara) more than 6 or more Outs 

• Minnesota Twins  No. 49 (Pablo Lopez) more than 3 or more Strikeouts Thrown 

• Detroit Tigers No. 9 (Tarik Skubal) more than 5 or more Strikeouts Thrown 

• Chicago Cubs No. 30 (Kyler Tucker) and Arizona Diamondbacks No. 4 (Ketel Marte) 1 or more Hits Each 

For each Game Moment that occurs in the MLB Opening Day on March 27, 2025, there will be two (2) winners of the Sweepstakes. A Game Moment can only occur once in a game.  The determination as to if a Game Moment occurs or not shall be in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, for any reason or no reason. Sponsor will notify the potential winner(s) by a Private Thread within the DraftKings Discord Server. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours, an alternate potential winner may be selected.

No email answer pursuant to the foregoing may replace, amend, or otherwise change these Official Rules of the General Rules. 

11. Winner(s) List: For any legally required winner(s) list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (unless otherwise prohibited by local law) to DraftKings, 222 Berkeley St., 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02116, Attn.: 03/27/25 DraftKings Baseball Grid P6 Credit Sweepstakes MLB Opening DaySweepstakes Winners List. All such requests must be received within three (3) months after the end of the Sweepstakes.
