NFL Week 16 included the games played across the Christmas weekend this season, and one bettor used the opportunity to take home a gigantic stocking full of winnings on DraftKings Sportsbook.
There are several types of props to choose from in each NFL matchup, and this bettor used touchdown scorers to create a 14-leg Parlay. They selected 14 players to score a touchdown at any point during their game. Since the odds multiply when combined into a Parlay Bet, this bettor cranked up the odds all the way to +9787560 and turned just $5 into $489,383.01.
These were the 14 players selected who all needed to find the end zone, and you can scroll down to see the highlights and relive how this massive parlay hit.
- Najee Harris
- Gabriel Davis
- Jahmyr Gibbs
- DK Metcalf
- Jerome Ford
- Chris Rodriguez Jr.
- Jonathan Taylor
- Calvin Ridley
- James Conner
- Raheem Mostert
- Javonte Williams
- Isiah Pacheco
- D’Andre Swift
- Christian McCaffrey
Before we dive in, just a quick reminder that a Parlay Bet is a bet placed on multiple outcomes to occur. A Parlay Bet cashes when all outcomes within the parlay are selected correctly. You can learn more about how they work in the DraftKings Sportsbook How To Bet Guide!
The parlay was too massive to fit on just one day and spanned all three days of the NFL weekend. It began with the first game of the weekend on Saturday afternoon between the Steelers and the Bengals. From that game, the bettor selected Najee Harris.
Harris found the end zone on a three-yard run in the second quarter for the only rushing touchdown for the Steelers on the day. Harris now has five touchdowns on the season, and this score got the parlay started off on the right foot. It also powered the Steelers to an impressive 34-10 win.
In Saturday’s nightcap, this parlay picked Gabe Davis. Davis only had four catches in the Bills’ win over the Chargers, but he took this second-quarter catch 57 yards for his seventh touchdown of the season, getting this bettor a second win on Saturday.
On Sunday, the parlay kept right on rolling. In the early window, the plays were Jahmyr Gibbs, DK Metcalf, Jerome Ford, Chris Rodriguez Jr. and Jonathan Taylor. For the most part, this group of players didn’t let the suspense build very much, cashing in their score with plenty of time to spare. Jerome Ford and Jonathan Taylor were the first two touchdown scorers of the early window, and Jhamyr Gibbs scored just before the end of the first quarter in Minnesota. Chris Rodriguez joined in on the fun in the second quarter of the Commanders game against the Jets.
The last of the group in the early window to score was the only wide receiver selection in the bunch. After the Seahawks struggled badly in the first half, Geno Smith got them rolling in the second half. Early in the fourth quarter, he threw an 11-yard touchdown to DK Metcalf, who did his part to bring in the difficult catch with plenty of toe drag swag to get this bettor another successful touchdown.

There were three games in the late wave of games and this bettor selected one scorer from each game. Calvin Ridley, James Conner and Raheem Mostert. None of those three players scored in the first quarter, but Conner and Mostert each had receiving touchdowns just before halftime of their respective contests. Calvin Ridley was the last of this group to score, and even he didn’t wait until the fourth quarter, grabbing an 18-yard touchdown pass just before the end of the third quarter in Jacksonville and adding another score for good measure late in the game.
On Sunday Night Football, Javonte Williams was the pick, and he scored the first touchdown of the game in a game his Broncos eventually lost to the Patriots.
There were three games left on Christmas Day on the NFL schedule, and this parlay had three touchdown scorers to complete the 14-leg success story. In the first game, the Chiefs were expected to dominate the Raiders, so Isiah Pacheco made a very solid pick. Even though the game didn’t go Kansas City’s way, this bettor was still in business because Pacheo scored on the play in the highlight below.
In the middle game of the tripleheader, this parlay needed D’Andre Swift to score for the Eagles. While he has been getting most of the work in the backfield, he hadn’t found the end zone since Week 11 when the Eagles knocked off the Chiefs. He got back to paydirt on Christmas, though, scoring on the five-yard run below to give the Eagles a 27-18 lead in the game they eventually won, 33-25.
The final touchdown scorer needed on Monday Night Football’s Christmas Day matchup was Christian McCaffrey. McCaffrey leads the NFL with 21 total touchdowns on the season, and he had scored in every game but two this season coming into Monday’s matchup. While his 49ers crashed and couldn’t get the win over the Ravens, McCaffrey still paid off for this parlay by scoring this touchdown in the second quarter.

McCaffrey’s touchdown made this bettor a perfect 14-for-14 in selecting touchdown scorers on Christmas weekend. The impressive performance netted over $489,000 from just a $5 bet.
