Inactives update: Trevor Lawrence is active and will play through his shoulder injury. He won’t have WR Christian Kirk, who has been ruled out for this game.

The Jacksonville Jaguars face a must-win situation in Week 18 when they travel to face the Tennessee Titans. If the Jaguars beat the Titans, they’ll win the AFC South. If they lose, they’ll miss the playoffs.

The Jaguars are hoping to have quarterback Trevor Lawrence back for their season finale. Lawrence missed last week’s win over the Carolina Panthers with a right shoulder injury. He did not practice the entire week and was ruled out on Friday ahead of the game. This week, he was limited all week and was listed as questionable on the final injury report. Notably, the team added a left finger injury to go along with the shoulder injury.

Ian Rapoport reported early Sunday morning that Lawrence “is trending in the right direction” and while it’s not “certain,” there’s “a good chance” he’ll play.

Fantasy football analysis

Lawrence has struggled this season and currently ranks 19th in fantasy points per game. The Titans rank 14th in fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. They’re not an awful defense and Lawrence currently ranks 19th in fantasy points per game. He’s struggled and you likely have a better option to start if he plays.

C.J. Beathard started in his place last week and threw for 178 yards while adding 24 rushing yards. Neither QB is worth a start in traditional fantasy or DFS.

Betting analysis

The Jaguars are a four-point road favorite against the Titans at DraftKings Sportsbook. Last week, they had similar odds at home against the Panthers. Given the Jaguars are on the road, this suggests oddsmakers think Lawrence probably plays in this game.
