NASCAR leaves the streets of Chicago for a three-turn, two-mile track in Pocono. DraftKings is rewarding the winner of Sunday’s featured fantasy NASCAR contest with a $100K grand prize. 1. Denny Hamlin ($11,000) — Pocono was one of Hamlin’s best tracks early in his career — four wins from 2006-2010. The track was repaved and his dominance disappeared. Since then, the track has aged, he has not — four wins from 2019-2023.
2. Kyle Larson ($10,800) — Something always goes wrong for Larson at Pocono. He blew a tire on the last lap while leading the 2021 race. Despite never winning, Larson has four top-5 finishes and 92 laps led in his last six Pocono races.
3. Christopher Bell ($10,500) — The first step towards a Pocono win is taken care of — drive a JGR Toyota. The second step is tougher — beat Denny Hamlin. Bell has checked boxed No. 2 several times this season.
4. Martin Truex Jr ($10,200) — The dominance of JGR at Pocono is well documented. Truex has never been a part of that dominance. His two Pocono wins were with Furniture Row. He did lead 19 laps in the 2021 race and 20 laps in the 2023 race.
5. Tyler Reddick ($9,800) — Toyota knows Pocono. Reddick had never earned a top-5 finish at Pocono before switching to Toyota. He’s finished inside the top 5 in the last two Pocono races.

6. Bubba Wallace ($7,600) — His 11th-place finish in the 2023 Pocono race seems disappointing given that the rest of the Toyotas finished sixth or better. Wallace was running inside the top 5 in Stage 3, but the strategy didn’t go his way.
7. Ty Gibbs ($9,000) — The JGR Toyotas finished first, third, fifth and sixth in the 2023 Pocono race. A 23XI Toyota — technically allied — was the runner-up. If Gibbs doesn’t mess up, his ride will get him near the top 5.
8. Kyle Busch ($8,200) — Pocono might be his best track. Busch has a win or runner-up finish in five of the last 11 Pocono races. He’s led 30 laps or more in eight of the previous 12 races at The Tricky Triangle.
9. Chase Elliott ($9,500) — His 2022 win was on a technicality. The JGR Toyotas were cheating, so they were disqualified. Elliott’s podium became a win. A win’s a win.
10. William Byron ($10,000) — Slump talk has surfaced. Someone always has a summer slump. It’s the schedule. The circuit changes frequently. The change isn’t great this week. Byron has not earned a top-10 finish at Pocono in the Gen-7 car.
11. Ryan Blaney ($9,300) — This is a good track for Blaney but it might not be the right car. He’s finished 30th and 35th in two Gen-7 races at Pocono. The Gen-7 car lacks side force and hairy restarts make The Tricky Triangle trickier than ever.
12. Brad Keselowski ($8,800) — The RFK Fords may not have the speed to compete with the JGR Toyotas at Pocono. Speed is half of the story in Long Pond, Pennsylvania. Strategy matters. Keselowski and RFK are riverboat gamblers.
13. Erik Jones ($7,000) — Is Jones good at Pocono? Define good. Jones has been in the optimal DFS NASCAR lineup in the last two Pocono races. He must be good. Jones ran long and caught a caution in both races. Is lucky good?
14. Alex Bowman ($7,800) — When Kyle Larson blew a tire in 2021, Bowman was gifted a Pocono win. All of his NASCAR Cup Series wins are gifts. Bowman gets them wrapped in a bow. He got another present last weekend in Chicago.
15. Ross Chastain ($8,400) — Is track history a key stat for Pocono? This is a unique track. It’s long (two miles) and features long straights and three flatly-banked turns. Chastain has never earned a top-10 finish at Pocono and has finished outside of the top 25 in three of the last four.
