Week 6 QB Rankings

Opp Rank = opponent ranking in DK fantasy points allowed to the position (1st = toughest, 32nd = most generous), blending 2025 full-season data with limited 2026 results.

Projected points blend 2025 per-game DK fantasy averages with 2026 weekly performance, adjusted for opponent matchup, game environment, snap share and expected game script.

Injuries to Monitor

  • Patrick Mahomes † (Knee): Listed with a knee injury but was a full participant in practice this week. Monitor Friday practice reports.
  • Drake Maye † (Shoulder): Listed with a shoulder injury but practiced fully. He is coming off a 42.5-point game against the Raiders and is trending toward a normal workload.
  • Caleb Williams † (Hamstring): Full participant Wednesday and Thursday while working back from a Grade 2 strain, but he said Thursday he does not know if he will play because he still has medical protocols to complete. Head coach Ben Johnson called it “close.” Tyson Bagent is next up if Williams sits.
  • Jayden Daniels † (Elbow): Full participant with a left elbow injury. Marcus Mariota (knee) did not practice Thursday, leaving rookie Athan Kaliakmanis as the backup.
  • Tyler Shough † (Hand): Full participant this week. Monitor Friday practice reports.
  • Michael Penix Jr. † (Ribs): Practiced without limitations Wednesday and Thursday. Head coach Kevin Stefanski said Penix is on track to start “as long as everything goes accordingly,” with Tua Tagovailoa starting if he cannot.
  • Lamar Jackson † (Ankle): Did not practice Wednesday or Thursday after missing Week 5. Reports give him a “real chance” to play, and Baltimore has said he does not need to practice to suit up, but two straight missed practices keep him in the back half of the rankings. Tyler Huntley would start again if Jackson is ruled out.
  • Baker Mayfield (Thumb): Did not practice Wednesday or Thursday, and Tampa Bay’s offensive coordinator said the dislocated thumb is “just not quite ready.” He is not ranked. Jalon Daniels has started the past two games.
  • Jalen Hurts (Calf): Ruled out after a follow-up ultrasound showed movement in a small blood clot. Tanner McKee is lined up to start against Carolina.

DraftKings DFS Value Plays

Matthew Stafford ($6,400) — Rams vs. Cardinals

Game environment: Rams -12.5, O/U 51.5 (32.5 team total)

Last week: 30.3 DK points vs. BUF

2025 PPG: 21.3 DK fantasy points (17 games)

Projected DraftKings points: 27.6

Stafford carries the highest team total on the slate and projects second among Sunday Main quarterbacks, yet he costs $1,100 less than Josh Allen and sits below Drake Maye, Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson in price. Arizona ranks 30th against quarterbacks on a blended basis, and Stafford has topped 25 DK points in three of his last four games. The 12.5-point spread brings some risk of a lighter fourth quarter, but the Rams’ scoring expectation leaves room for a multi-touchdown day before that matters. He needs about 19.2 points to return 3x.

Bryce Young ($5,700) — Panthers @ Eagles

Game environment: Panthers -3.5, O/U 38.5 (20.5 team total)

Last week: Bye

2025 PPG: 14.4 DK fantasy points (16 games)

Projected DraftKings points: 20.6

Young has averaged 24.7 DK points through four games and has cleared 24 points three times, production that his price has not caught up to. He projects ahead of Tyler Shough, Jacoby Brissett, Aaron Rodgers and Kirk Cousins, all within $300 of his salary. Carolina is a road favorite against a Philadelphia team starting Tanner McKee in place of Jalen Hurts, and the Eagles sit in the more generous half of the league against quarterbacks. The low Total is the main concern, so his value rests on his role and recent form rather than the game environment.

Kirk Cousins ($5,400) — Raiders vs. Bills

Game environment: Raiders +4.5, O/U 53.5 (23.5 team total)

Last week: 13.7 DK points @ NE

2025 PPG: 11.0 DK fantasy points (10 games)

Projected DraftKings points: 17.0

Cousins lands in one of the two highest Totals of the week at a discount to most starters. Buffalo ranks 28th against quarterbacks on a blended basis, and Las Vegas, as a 4.5-point home underdog, points to a pass-heavy script against an offense with a 29.5 team total. Cousins has averaged 19.5 DK points in 2026 with three games above 20, a clear step up from his 2025 rate. At $5,400, he projects ahead of Jacoby Brissett ($5,800) and Aaron Rodgers ($5,500), which frees salary for pass catchers in the same game.
