PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY
The promotional offer is valid for Diamond DraftKings Rewards customers between 10/2/2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 12/23/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Customers must be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and 21+ years of age or older to participate in this Promotion.

Must be physically located in MI, NJ, PA, WV, CA-AB, or CA-ONT. Must be 21+ years of age or older.
PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) be a registered Diamond Tier DraftKings Rewards customer with an active account (a DraftKings Rewards “member” or “customer”); (2) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion; and (3) opt in by clicking the appropriate link/button within the Promotional Period.
Customers must be invited to receive this Promotion. Promotion is only valid for the intended recipient – customers who receive this offer via an email forward, screenshot, or other means shall not be eligible.
BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive a code from DraftKings within 7 days (168 hours) to redeem a complimentary rewards package (the “Bonus Reward”) to be booked with Wynn Las Vegas (the “Wynn Property). Terms and restrictions apply.
To redeem the Bonus Reward, customers must call the Wynn Property to book their stay: Wynn Las Vegas: 702-770-7777. Customers will supply their code to, and confirm their name and date of birth with, the Wynn Property to book their Bonus Reward stay. DraftKings will share the customer’s name, date of birth, email, and DraftKings information with the Wynn Property to facilitate the booking. Bonus Reward must be redeemed by 3/31/27.
BONUS REWARDS AND LIMITATIONS
Customers must be invited to participate in this Promotion. Codes valid only for invited customers. Lost or stolen codes will not be replaced. The customer’s name, date of birth, email, and DraftKings information will be shared with the Wynn Property to facilitate the booking. The code must be used when completing the booking. The Wynn Property will facilitate the customer’s reservation for the Bonus Reward. Reservations allow for up to four (4) guests and are subject to availability.

Bonus Reward must be redeemed by 3/31/27. Offer redemptions are final. All reservation details and accommodations are handled by the Wynn Property. Reservations must be made directly with Wynn Property to be eligible. Wynn Property controls all details of your reservation and reservation must be redeemed and booked through the Wynn Property. Valid for up to four (4) guests only. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. This Promotion is offered in partnership with the Wynn Property. All stays and benefits are controlled by the Wynn Property and governed by the terms referenced above. Holiday and blackout date restrictions may apply. Fees, taxes, and other restrictions may apply.
Bonus Reward redemption is final. Once a customer chooses to redeem their reward, the choice is final and no upgrades or changes are available. Bonus Reward is non-transferable, non-negotiable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or past purchases, and must be redeemed by the expiration date. DraftKings is not responsible for any changes in your reservation, the benefits received by the Bonus Reward, or failure by the Wynn Property to honor the Promotion. Customers are solely responsible for all travel requirements, including valid passports/visas, transportation to and from the Wynn Property, gratuities, fees, taxes, and any other travel costs. The Wynn Property is not under DraftKings’ control and DraftKings will not be responsible for the content, functionality, or terms of or any link contained on the Wynn Property platforms.

GENERAL TERMS
Limit one (1) redemption per customer. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings’s sole discretion. See DraftKings Terms of Use for information and limitations on wagering. Each customer will be notified when they have received an award by (1) a bell notification (this is a notification that displays as a bell icon on the home page of the DraftKings app and website that can be clicked on to view short confirmation copy and terms) and/or (2) an automatically triggered email if the customer successfully entered the promotion and completed the promotion requirements. Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Terms of Use, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at support@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Terms of Use. Any wager placed on DraftKings in connection with the promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. If physically located in PA, this Promotion will comply with subsection §813.3 regarding cancellation in this Promotion by a customer. If in NY, if a customer is dissatisfied with any resolution between the customer and DraftKings, the customer may then submit an inquiry with the New York State Gaming Commission.
