The fall swing continues this week with the Bank of Utah Championship at the Black Desert Resort (par 71, 7,421 yards, bentgrass greens) in Ivins, Utah. This par 71 has been the home of the Bank of Utah Championship since its inception in 2024. Michael Brennan (-22) won last year’s event by four strokes, and Matt McCarty (-23) won the inaugural edition two years ago by three strokes. This week’s field consists of 120 golfers and there will be a top-65 and ties cut after the first two rounds.
Below, I’ll dive into two of my favorite DFS options on DraftKings for the Bank of Utah Championship.

Top Golf DFS Picks for the 2026 Bank of Utah Championship
Kevin Yu ($9,200)
Yu finished T15th in his first attempt at the Black Desert Resort last season – including an 8-under 63 in the third round – and him besting himself with an even higher finish this week is realistic. Yu has finished T31st or better in seven of his last eight starts. The veteran finished inside the top-15 at both the John Deere Classic and the 3M Open, which are notable, as both these tournaments were played at courses that feature bentgrass greens, which is the type of putting surface Yu will be competing on at the Black Desert Resort.
Yu also finished T4th at the Wyndham Championship last month and he followed that up with a T24 at the Biltmore Championship in Asheville two weeks ago for his first start of the fall swing. At the Cliffs that week, Yu shot a career-low 9-under 62 in the third round.
Yu ranks 10th in total strokes gained when we compare this field’s last 24 rounds and he ranks 32nd in proximity to the hole on 175-200-yard approach shots this season, which is another great sign for the Black Desert Resort. At this venue, 24.6% of the approach shots come from 175-200 yards out, compared to the PGA TOUR average of 18.5%.
Harry Hall ($8,800)
Hall has been up-and-down this season, but his game is trending up after a strong finish to the summer. In his last two starts, Hall has finished T5th at the Wyndham Championship and T24th at the FedEx St. Jude Championship. That T5 at the Wyndham Championship is his fourth top-10 of the season and Hall gained strokes on approach and with his putter in each of these last two starts.
The Englishman has shot under par in seven of these past eight rounds and Hall ranks 24th in SGP this season, which bodes well for the Black Desert Resort, as the large putting surfaces at this scorable venue make your work on the greens very important – the first two winners at the Black Desert Resort both finished the event top-eight in SGP.
Hall has competed at this course once in 2024 and he finished a solid T34th that week. Hall, however, definitely could have finished higher. After shooting 65, 69 and 64 on the first three days, he sat sixth on the leaderboard heading into the final round, but faltered on Sunday with a 3-over 74.
Hall should be out for redemption this week after that missed opportunity two years ago and he should finish high in his second visit to the Black Desert Resort.
Austin Eckroat ($7,400)
Eckroat has been reliable, missing only one cut in his last 15 starts. The 27-year-old has cracked the top-25 four times over this span, most recently with a T24 at the Biltmore Championship in Asheville in his last start.
Eckroat gained 5.9 strokes on approach at the Cliffs, which is the second-best ball striking performance of his career. Eckroat ranks 34th in SG APP and he ranks 25th in proximity to the hole on 175-200-yard approach shots this season.
Eckroat has never competed at the Black Desert Resort before, but his strong iron play sets him up well for this course. He also has won during the fall swing before, taking home the top prize at the World Wide Technology Championship in November of 2024, which was one of his two victories that year. Eckroat is underpriced for his upside and him contending in his Bank of Utah Championship debut isn’t out of the question.
